All the staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The staff are what really makes hill crest vision an amazing business! I was in and out in under an hour. The lady who took me through all the machines at the beginning of the appointment was very thorough and walked me through each machine, telling me what each one was for. I find that scheduling an early morning appointment isn't always conducive as the staff can be slow to start. I had an 8 AM appointment, the office opened at 8 AM, and when I arrived the doors were still locked. I got in at 8:15 and still had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in. My appointment was about 40 mins total which could've easily been cut in half with a quicker checkin process. All in all, they have a good selection of frames, good doctors, and friendly staff.
