The office is also very inviting and comfortable. from the receptionists to the opticians, everyone at this office is very professional and pleasant. They also have a decent number of eyeglass and sunglasses options to choose from. You can also choose any frames that are typically for eyeglasses and have them made into sunglasses and vice versa. The prices are also very competitive. Now back to Dr. Teague,... I cannot sing his praises enough because not only is he the best ophthalmologist in the world. He is also very pleasant kind and giving of his time... He has volunteered at The Community Care clinic, which is where I work for the past several years.

Well worth the small extra fee. When I first started using contact lenses they included some much needed, hands on lessons on putting them on. They reached out to me a few days later to see how things were going. When they learned I was still struggling they asked me to come back in so they could give me some pointers and practice with them watching. SO helpful! They are dedicated to outstanding customer/patient service. From their overall demeanor to their willingness to help with insurance to their happy personas... they make every visit to the eye doctor a pleasant experience. Their dedication to quality is noticeable as you enter the building too... super clean and well kept with nothing out of place. Twice now I've developed eye infections over the last few years. Both times, despite being on a Friday, they were able to work me in for a quick medical visit and get me prescription drops so I would be good as new by Monday.

UPDATE: I wanted to…read morecome back and provide an update because I believe it's just as important to acknowledge when a business listens to its customers and makes an effort to correct a situation as it is to speak up when something goes wrong. After sharing my concerns, I was contacted by the Office Manager, who personally apologized for the situation. They acknowledged that communication should have happened much sooner, especially since the changes to the provider's availability had occurred months earlier. I appreciate that management took the time to hear my concerns, acknowledge where things went wrong, and work with us to find an appointment on the same day we were originally scheduled. My intention was never to create conflict, I simply wanted our concerns to be heard and for patients' time and schedules to be given the same consideration. I am happy to say that management handled my complaint professionally and made an effort to make things right. I appreciate their follow-through and their commitment to improving communication and scheduling moving forward. While the original experience was frustrating, I do want to give credit where credit is due. Thank you to the management team for listening and helping us reach a resolution!

There is also an in house eye glass store. My surgery was done on the 2nd floor where they have a state of the art surgery set up. Staff there explained everything in detail prior to surgery and after. The anesthesiologist did a great job in making sure I was comfortable and pain free. My follow up today was also great. My eyesight is already looking great. All my questions were answered. I am highly satisfied with the entire process, including these assistance in securing financing for both surgeries.
