When I called to make the appointment I was surprised to find they were able to get my kids in fairly quickly since other offices I had called told me it would be several months ( again I was making an appointment for 3 kids at the same time). The office is extremely clean we did not spend much time in the waiting room before my kids were called back one by one. They seem to have things set up in a sort of an assembly line . The kids moved from one room to the next. Everyone was polite and my kids seemed to like each person they met . The only issue I had with this place was my oldest daughter ended up needing glasses so when my daughter went out to pick the glasses she wanted I was in with my youngest and I was not made aware of the glasses she picked. She's Definitely old enough to pick what she wants but I guess I would have liked to have seen them myself . Also no one came to me to talk to me about her eyes and the issues she was experiencing until I personally asked myself again I could be wrong but I felt like someone should have said hey this is what we found with your daughters eyes and this is why we are recommending glasses. Let me explain my oldest daughter is 15 my son is 13 and my youngest is 9 so I did remain in the room with my youngest throughout this process my two oldest were a bit ahead of us and were moving room to room independently . I do think they were great individuals and did their job with proficiency . My kids had no complaints so that makes me a happy mama. We will return next year.

Once they determined I was paying out-of-pocket the customer service stopped immediately and after a year of arguing with them, I still do not have a valid eye prescription, and they refuse to acknowledge that they administered and dispensed the wrong prescription. Stay far away from these people, if they ran a pharmacy, there'd be dead people everywhere from their negligence

We get there at 343 and there is a sign on the door "Sorry our office has closed early today." ... your business JUST called me within the hour and now I gave to wait until Monday? Okay fine, maybe something happened and there is an emergency. Fast forward Monday, November 18th, 2024 and I get there at 9am because i have several appointments elsewhere today. 10 minutes goes by.. 20 minutes.. 30 minutes. . They are still not open and there is 7-9 people waiting outside the door. Finally an associate comes to the door and says "Hey.. we're not opening up until 1030am, we have a meeting." Okaaayyy.. a sign on the door, social media post, voicemail change to accommodate are all viable options so people dont waste their time, money, or effort driving up here during your posted hours of operations. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.

I came into the office to get it fixed and the lady tells me it will be $110 to fix it and I said I have the lens warranty and she said oh that's with the warranty I said no thank you. If I would have known it was that much I definitely would not have gotten the lens warranty. I will not be coming back there and neither will my family.
