I got there and there was about 6 ppl in front of me. & the people kept coming in. This office is a 2 girl team and when I tell you they were moving! I paid $80 for the exam. Went and meet the dr and she was the best! She took her time, she asking a.m series of questions. She was very detailed in discussing my care plan. Asked if I had any questions. Dr. My was so personable. It was like talking to a friend. I would highly recommend this place. If you go on Saturday, get there when they first open!

When I called to make the appointment I was surprised to find they were able to get my kids in fairly quickly since other offices I had called told me it would be several months ( again I was making an appointment for 3 kids at the same time). The office is extremely clean we did not spend much time in the waiting room before my kids were called back one by one. They seem to have things set up in a sort of an assembly line . The kids moved from one room to the next. Everyone was polite and my kids seemed to like each person they met . The only issue I had with this place was my oldest daughter ended up needing glasses so when my daughter went out to pick the glasses she wanted I was in with my youngest and I was not made aware of the glasses she picked. She's Definitely old enough to pick what she wants but I guess I would have liked to have seen them myself . Also no one came to me to talk to me about her eyes and the issues she was experiencing until I personally asked myself again I could be wrong but I felt like someone should have said hey this is what we found with your daughters eyes and this is why we are recommending glasses. Let me explain my oldest daughter is 15 my son is 13 and my youngest is 9 so I did remain in the room with my youngest throughout this process my two oldest were a bit ahead of us and were moving room to room independently . I do think they were great individuals and did their job with proficiency . My kids had no complaints so that makes me a happy mama. We will return next year.

The FEMALE when I asked her a few questions threw in my face I have been here 25 years I KNOW. The male when we were having to order the glasses for a SECOND time had made up his mind what I needed when he NEVER meet me before and my daughter was trying to explain what we do for a living. It was like she was NOT there to him. The first time we order the glasses they came within a week but I was NEVER asked by miss 25 years to test them out to see if I could see or not and I had several other appointments to go to, After a couple of days TRYING them that is when I saw that a WALMART $20 pair was 100 times better than these, I called and left a message and after 2 hrs no one called me, So I called back and the lady in the glass section answered that is when she pulled the 25 yrs crap.I was neverl explained to that LINE bifocal lense would not go to the edge, I have had them BEFORE and they DID. But here ARROGANCE was really shining through. I complained and all I got was to reschedule the appointment. I asked to speak to the office manager right after the older eye doctor checked the lens prescription was a little off. When we told the office manager she told us they have had to talk to them before, evidently they have NO FEAR on how they treat the patient. When we talked to the male with the NEW lens order he did NOT really want to listen to us. This was right before Christmas, When we have NOT gotten the blasses well into the NEW YEAR I called and i was told another 7 to 14 days so what took about a week before was now going to take a MONTH. No explanation NO apology. So I had to go another month without seeing!!! I called the office manager again to find out was up and THEN I got the truth, the people that made them SCREWED them up for a second time and had to remake them AGAIN. The folks in the glass side new this and NO CALL NO APOLOGY. When I FINALLY got the glasses today the EYE DOCTOR receptionist waited on me. and the ones in the glass side there was both the male and female with ONLY one customer, I guess I was NOT important enough to bring to me, CHECK the fit, CHECK the lens and MAYBE an apology for it taking so long. If you need a good EYE Doctor they are GOOD, if they order glasses or contacts for YOU, AVOID this side of the office. You will not only be TREATED better but same some money and if they screw up you might get a little something for incovenience . My total cost before issurance for ONE pair of lineless biofocals was $928 and my cost was $502.40. If I had went to Visionworks I could have gotten TWO pairs for a little more AND i would have gottent hem WITHIN a week.

One issue I encountered was that Digby does not accept many common vision insurance plans. Unfortunately, I did not learn this until after my exam, when I was presented with a bill that I had to pay out of pocket. Because my insurance was not accepted, I took my prescription to LensCrafters to have progressive lenses made. After receiving the glasses, I experienced significant vision issues and initially believed the lenses may have been manufactured incorrectly. However, LensCrafters strongly maintained that the lenses were made according to the prescription provided and suggested that the prescription itself might be the source of the problem. When I contacted Digby's office, I explained the situation and asked whether they would review the prescription and verify the glasses. I was told that if I wanted the matter investigated further, I would need to schedule and pay for another eye exam. I was disappointed that the possibility of an inaccurate prescription was not more seriously considered and that there was no willingness to evaluate the issue without charging for an additional exam. Between the unexpected out-of-pocket expense, the insurance limitations, and the difficulty resolving the prescription concerns, my overall experience was frustrating. In hindsight, I wish I had done more research before scheduling my appointment. I would encourage prospective patients to verify insurance coverage in advance and understand the office's policies regarding follow-up concerns before committing to care.

And I finally got in and ordered new glasses with new frames. Two weeks later I called and ended up speaking with just a network receptionist not the local location. I was wanting to know when my new glasses would be in. She indicated she would contact the local office since they were not picking up and have them call me. No call ever happened. So now four weeks from when I ordered I stopped by the office and my glasses still are not ready. This is ridiculous. So who knows when my paid for in full glasses will finally arrive.
