Great little place that one might call a dive bar. Decent menu with at least 1/2 or more are Vegan. The wooder ice flavors were unique and very tasty.

Loved this place so much, the ambiance inside was great and the waitress was very sweet. The vegan wings were the best I've ever had, the texture was insane. The cheesesteak was also amazing, whatever they used for the vegan cheese on top was incredible!! Would try again

Amazing vegan wings. Probably the second best I've ever had. The Seiten textures are spot on. The nooks and crannies of the Seiten gets tones of sauce on it and the thicker parts are super jucy while the thinner ones are chewy. We got the half and half option - spicy and BBQ. Both were good in their own way and if we had only gone with one option we might have gotten a little tired of it so the split was good. That's the other thing, there are tones of wings. Put that together with the amount of sauce and it filled up both of us even though we were pretty hungry. The outside seating is nice with good weather and much quieter as well. The staff was fast and friendly as well. We will definitly be back.

This place is amazing. Ordered on DoorDash so would love to go back in person but so enjoyable food wise. Lots of vegan options if not mostly vegan. The vegan cake rotates so great way to try different ones.

Had a great meal here on a recent trip to Philly to visit friends. They have an extensive selection of vegan options as well as craft beer. Absolutely loved the vegan cheesesteak with shared fries on the side. They were busy and so service was a bit behind, but otherwise cool vibe and good eats. Will return next time we visit Philly!

We stopped by to have a couple beers and watch a game on a Friday afternoon. There were many regulars sitting at the bar. The staff and bartenders are like family or super close friends because they had a very homely vibe. Lots of space at the back dedicated as a dining room. Even at an odd hour of 3:30 PM, there were quite a few people drinking and eating and their kitchen was super busy. Inspite of being busy, service was prompt. Bathrooms were very clean and well equipped.

I loved it here. Stellar vegan philly cheesesteak and loved that it had a side of spicy broccoli. I bought a good appetite and left satisfied. Friendly service. I had the vegan Philly cheesesteak at Monster Vegan yet was more hipster. Cool Monster memorabilia there yet felt it was junk food vegan and not too many vegetables which is not my thing. Vegetable forward please. Healthy and tasty vegan food please. That is why the edge goes here for stellar vegan Philly cheesesteak with plenty of veggies to pair it with that were tasty. Amazing ambience chock full of 76ers memorabilia from WIlt Chamberlain, Allen Iverson, Signed photos of Sylvester Stalone, Danny DeVito, Kobe Bryant in high school and much more. Ambiance is awesome. Food is stellar. Worth checking out! Especially good if you or someone is vegan dining with someone who wants regular non-veg Philly Cheesesteak. You can catch two birds with one hand and set them both free.

This place is awesome! With a local ambience and a solid beer/cocktail selection this place makes for a great spot to stop by and catch a game. However it stands out with its wide array of vegan/vegetarian offerings! I had the vegan cheesesteak which was great (though I'm not a native Philadelphian and this was my first ever cheesesteak so take that with a grain of salt). Staff was kind and attentive. Will likely return with friends and family for some of the unique vegan fare.

I was asking around town where's the best place to get a vegan cheesesteak in Philly that was most similar to a regular cheesesteak and everyone pointed me in the direction of the triangle Tavern! Well, I was not disappointed. In fact, I ended up going there twice in one month because the cheesesteak is just that good. On my second visit, we tried the seitan wings which were super yummy. The ambience is giving dive bar, which is perfect. Super chill. Can't wait to return soon!

Eek, I have a new favorite in Philly! I visited Triangle for the first time a few weeks back, for the zucchini hoagie on special... and I've been back twice since for the same sandwich. It was incredible: savory fried and breaded zucchini, spicy broccoli rabe, roasted pepper sauce, fresh local tomatoes, and the best vegan mozzarella I've ever tried. My husband and I split the sandwich and a vegan Caeser. The salad is also incredible. The place has a very 60s vibe. It's kind of dark, super welcoming, somehow both always busy but we never have a wait for a table or the food. I also had the boozy wooder ice (frozen cocktail) and it was incredibly potent and tasty. Super fun that it comes with a pretzel rod. We'll be back again and I'm looking forward to trying out some other menu items (I'm stuck on that zucchini hoagie but I imagine it will be off the menu soon, since it's seasonal!)

Always with my husbae and friends so it's usually between a Party of Three up to a party of 10 but the service and food each time is on point no matter the party size. Our last visit after the Eagles and Bears game on Black Friday the restaurant was super busy after the game but we were able to get a table within minutes. The Seafood Tower ... the salmon... the scallops... the cocktails I had a margarita... all superb! This restaurant will always get my vote for my go-to restaurant after the game. They serve you fresh waster (Drinks to order include Hanks, Boylan's, Harney and Sons, Teas etc.) and will serve you at the table or you can walk up and order at the counter. Their menu has a great mix of deli, steak, "chicken" steak, meatball, sausage and cutlet sandwiches with interesting flavor combos. You can also get breakfast (till 11AM) or a salad. They also have sides that include - tots, fried pickle chips, onion rings, fries, fried mozzarella and Zayda's pickle spears, chips and cherry pepper shooters. They have a couple of vegan options and GF rolls for extra $$. The staff was more than happy to give recommendations and their favs. My first lunch was The Eye - $15 Ribeye steak, Cooper Sharp American, fried onions came on a seeded Liscio's roll. If you enjoy the somewhat newer Cooper sharp style that's out there you'll like theirs. The Cooper sharp was gooey, mixed in well with the meat and on the heavier side. The ribeye was thin cut, delicious and the portion was pretty hefty. Second visit I went with - The Nad - $15 Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, Mike's Hot Honey that came on an unseeded Liscio's roll. The portion size was good, chicken was fresh with good breading, the hot honey was a tad on the heavy side, but the flavors all came together pretty good on this one. Sweet, salty, light bitterness from the arugula and some heat from the hot honey. I added Thin Cut Idaho fries to make it a combo for $3 extra and I have to say they were delicious. They smelled like McD's and tasted similar. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site. You can use a card if you order online. The one bathroom they have was pretty clean and organized. I will certainly stop back for a visit if I'm in the area to try out more of their menu. Thanks guys!

The Manhattan clam chowder was thin with NO clams (if you ladle soup properly it should have broth, clams & vegetables). This James Beard award winning version was just a thin broth. Caesar salad has become ubiquitous. This version was a dressing that was a broken emulsion that was too heavy on lemon and anchovy. The croutons rock hard.Salmon was a miniscule portion accompanied by a tablespoon of leeks. The crostone with the linguine was stale and rock hard. Hard enough to pave your driveway. The desserts were sloppy in the presentation. Mediocre "American" fare at high prices. No regular menu just a poorly executed pre fixe. Service was slow. Literally. We asked for bread and they brought napkins. Not being a linen-tarian I did not eat them. Nice ambiance that must of cost a fortune with great attention to detail. Too bad I don't eat decor..or napkins.. even worse is the fact that little attention to detail was given to food or service. It's such a shame. Stephan Starr has a James Beard Award.
