He looks in the system and notices that the last place I took it was this location. He lifts the car up to show me the part in question he says he can't take the part out without damaging the oil pan and I will need to purchase a new oil pan. The total will come out to about $400. I went from a $70 oil change to a $400 charge for something that wasn't my fault. Please don't go to this gas station they will mess up your car, act like they didn't do it, then make you pay for it.
