He says whoever you took to get your last oil change, put the wrong part in and they can't take it out. I told him the only place I take it to get a oil change, is this location. He looks in the system and notices that the last place I took it was this location. He lifts the car up to show me the part in question he says he can't take the part out without damaging the oil pan and I will need to purchase a new oil pan. The total will come out to about $400. I went from a $70 oil change to a $400 charge for something that wasn't my fault. Please don't go to this gas station they will mess up your car, act like they didn't do it, then make you pay for it.

I don't frequent this one in Gambrills but I can certainly understand the poor rating. Went in today for lunch and ordered a chicken burrito bowl and small chicken noodle soup. Usually the bowls are pretty decent but not today! The rice and bean were not cooked properly, they were hard in places. And the guy who made it didn't put on the chipotle sauce so it was very dry to eat. I think there was about a half a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth. And to add insult to injury it was 15 dollars for subpar food. It is very difficult to find workers that care. Sooo disappointed with Wawa anymore.

I told him his tech did that and I shouldn't be charged for that to which he responded that since the car was with me he didn't know what I had done to it. While I understand this, I still needed the front breaks that I paid for and didn't get. He was unwilling to work with me insisting he charge me again for break pads having only had my car 3 months ago. Total rip off, don't let these guy's overcharge you to ruin your car. I wish I was exaggerating. I rarely go online and make comment's but this was so bad I actually decided it's best other people should know how bad this is.
