He says whoever you took to get your last oil change, put the wrong part in and they can't take it out. I told him the only place I take it to get a oil change, is this location. He looks in the system and notices that the last place I took it was this location. He lifts the car up to show me the part in question he says he can't take the part out without damaging the oil pan and I will need to purchase a new oil pan. The total will come out to about $400. I went from a $70 oil change to a $400 charge for something that wasn't my fault. Please don't go to this gas station they will mess up your car, act like they didn't do it, then make you pay for it.

My car was serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with certified Mercedes mechanics, as to which I was told, there are no mechanical defects nor issues with this car. I went back to have it re-inspected, failed again. At this point, it seems as though this shell is running a fraudulent inspection operation. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. But the great part is the staff that Fathers Day was wonderful. 2 young men without hesitation, pushed my car to the pump and refused a small financial reward. The guy behind the counter was very helpful with finding me some needed rolls for dinner. They were friendly and im just not use to that service back home in Bel Air generally speaking. I don't frequent this one in Gambrills but I can certainly understand the poor rating. Went in today for lunch and ordered a chicken burrito bowl and small chicken noodle soup. Usually the bowls are pretty decent but not today! The rice and bean were not cooked properly, they were hard in places. And the guy who made it didn't put on the chipotle sauce so it was very dry to eat. I think there was about a half a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth. And to add insult to injury it was 15 dollars for subpar food. It is very difficult to find workers that care. Sooo disappointed with Wawa anymore.
