I was on a tight schedule, and my usual was totally swamped, so they referred me to this shop right behind them. I thought it was kind of cool because they had me drive up and drive around a little bit to try and find out where the tire leak was coming from. I'm used to them just doing everything themselves, so personally I like being part of the process somehow. They also gave me a heads up before proceeding that based on where the leak was coming from, it would cost more than normal. They could've just done it without asking, so I appreciate it that gesture! Within a few hours, my car was ready. Now, later on that evening, I realized that the tire was still leaking, but I took it back as soon as I could and they addressed the problem at no additional cost. And they did it right on the spot! I can't remember the last time that I got car work done without having to come back later. They are professional, and overall get work done faster... Even though it can be hard to gauge because my tire may be on its last leg (yikes). I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

He put one of his mechanics on it and within another 10 minutes, they found the nail and patched it up. 20 minutes later, I was back on road, after paying the $20 fee, heading to work. I know at other places, it would have taken "all-day" to be seen without an appointment. I really appreciated their care and timely response, and costs I paid for the service. Fast forward to 11/21 I had my vehicle TOWED in because the check engine light started to flash (as shown in video) I originally dealt with Steven, that's whom I dealt with the whole time since bringing my car there, days went by, then I called twice since I didn't hear any updates as to what was going on, allegedly Steven was out sick so I spoke with James who would tell me what he thinks I wanna hear & give me the run around, weeks went by I called AGAIN, spoke with Steven, this time he told me "he doesn't know anything about the vehicle James is dealing with it & he's not in at the moment" at this point I'm started to get pissed, so I decided to pop up there 12/18 since there has been poor communication on what is going on with the vehicle. When I get there Steven tells me they still don't know why the car is misfiring or the check engine light is blinking. I had my car TOWED in at 163,538 miles(as pictured in video), when I got the car back 12/18 it was 163,615(as pictured) with NO GAS IN THE CAR & that is 77 MILES OVER. I understand that a mechanic had to drive the car around to figure out what's going on but 77 MILES IS COMPLETELY INSANE & UNACCEPTABLE!!! At this point I'm starting to think these are a bunch of basement mechanics they are only good for oil changes, brakes & rotors (the basic stuff) that's just driving people vehicles around & not really fixing anything. The worst experience ever I should've known having to go back 3x's for the same issue. Don't waste your time.

He had the kitty with him at work in a crate and took him out so I could see him. I don't know if he's single, ladies, but he's a good man. Again, we were fixing our Acura for sale; somewhere in between the inspection and sale interactions, the radiator cracked. Our purchaser took the car to a Honda dealer in Waldorf - their price? $470. Don't be fooled by the simplicity and grittiness of the shop - they do quality work at affordable rates. They can get swamped sometimes so definitely call ahead. I made the mistake of just stopping by on a Saturday morning for an oil change but had to come back the following weekend because they were booked. Recent comparison shopping - I needed front brake pads & rotors. The dealership wanted to charge $700. At Auto Doctor, I only paid $400 which included an oil change and tire rotation.
