Turned out he was free that afternoon and lived nearby so he was at my parents' house within the hour. Admittedly I was weary about handing over my phone to a stranger I had just found on Craigslist but meeting Robert in person was reassuring. I'm glad I gave him a chance because my phone was fixed for a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else and I didn't even have to leave the house.
