The screen on my Samsung phone had a green line through it. I googled it and found I would need a…read morenew screen. I checked for phone repair shops in the Winston-Salem area and chose Green Wireless because of their high ratings and positive comments. The replacement screen had to be ordered for my older Samsung. It arrived the next day and was replaced while I waited. It worked fine at first, but then, little by little throughout the week became less and less responsive. I brought it back and Sam apologized and said occasionally the manufacturer may have a defective screen, but it is rare. He still had my previous screen so he switched out the screens until the replacement was shipped. The replacement arrived promptly and Sam replaced it with the new screen while I waited. That screen has worked perfectly. That was about a month ago and the screen has been performing perfectly. Sam was polite, accomodating and very supportive throughout. I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and will recommend Green Wireless to my friends.

He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system).
