I appreciated that and decided to take my computer over when we realized it wasn't a simple fix. It took several weeks before I had to reach out for an update. Apparently he had a surgery and admitted to neglecting the computer and failing to communicate. He told me the fix in which case I told him I agreed and to make the fix. Again radio silence. This time months later I reach out and he apologizes and He mentioned since he had it for several months he was willing to fix it for the cost of parts. I agreed. Several months past and at this point I was fed up and reached out again. Same thing , admitting to neglect and apologizing for lack of communication.
