Also any contractor can have a bad day so they may quote 4 days but always understand weather, product availability can cause delays as well as things like drywall mud setting and paint drying or even tile set up like grouting it all takes time to set the proper way and they have done amazing allowing stuff to set up then coming back the next day to continue working or finish up and they don't rush stuff just to get in and get out and they don't do sloppy work they take their time to get it done properly and correctly but they work in a quick good moving pace especially as a team an they don't short cut stuff either they are the ones I will call every time I need work done!!!! I do not recommend this contractor. The workmanship was consistently poor, and several aspects of…read morethe project were handled unprofessionally. He was hired to install vinyl flooring and repair soft spots using OSB, yet the issues were not corrected and in some areas were made worse. Scraps of vinyl were wedged beneath the flooring in an attempt to make the surface appear level, resulting in rising sections and visible gaps along the walls. The soft spots were not repaired but simply covered. He was also contracted to complete drywall work, during which multiple electrical outlets were covered, joint compound was left splattered across the floors, and sanding was either incomplete or entirely absent in several rooms. No cleanup was performed after any stage of the work. Throughout the project, he repeatedly commented on other jobs he was "missing out on" because mine was taking too long. As the current client, my project should have been his priority, completed with professionalism and pride in workmanship. Instead, after the first week, he began arriving late in the afternoon rather than in the mornings, communication deteriorated, and he displayed frustration when concerns were raised. Overall, the contractor took advantage of a situation that required careful resolution, demonstrated poor communication, and delivered substandard work.

We bought what we'll politely call a handyman'$ special. The biggest thing making this house look…read morelike the haunted one neighbor children would dare others to walk by was the garage door. We couldn't tell if it was disintegrating or gnawed by a large animal in the corner but neither option was visually appealing. I saw this was the only place to give you a quote online which was very helpful. Pricing seemed competitive and Tyler was onsite same day to take a look. Within a week he was installing the new door and even rearranged the schedule so that we could get to an appointment we couldn't cancel in the afternoon. Excellent product both in looks, immense noise reduction (a house sounding like it's shaking off the foundation with every old door raise didn't calm our nerves) and customer service that can't be matched. He even asked for website suggestions to improve on some aspects which is unheard of. I can't, however, give them 5 stars because they initially failed to call to say they were on their way, and turned up when we were out. Also, they left quite a lot of mess, including several large lumpy spots of drywall mud on the carpet, which have been a complete bitch to get out :(
