Stop stealing people's money and doing Below subpar work. Numerous complaints are now adding up from extremely unhappy customers.

Do not use them. They have not been able to deliver install and it's been 5 months and this is a $18k job. Install was suppose to be today and they didn't show up - no communication what so ever. I called and they said it was canceled due to finding broken glass in one of the window. I told them I need a partial install and so far silence. Receptionist have been passing on my message but I have not heard for the folks that can actually remedy this. They are horrible with communication. I'm worried I might have been scammed out of the "required" $12k deposit. read more

Would give a zero if possible. Do NOT use this company. Had a deck/concrete slab installed. Sale guy (Eric) who left the company midway through our project said it would be done in 4-6 weeks. Signed in June 2024. Work didn't even BEGIN until September without so much as an update in between. Called and emailed Eric several times AND the company but no response. The project was "completed" in October and then we were charged by the credit card company we financed through (do NOT ever do that either because you can't get it stopped once you've been approved). The project was not completed and after 3 attempts to dispute this charge due to work being unfinished it has been denied the third time. So, to summarize: Company will NOT return calls, They will NOT complete signed contracted work (so you get to pay more money to have someone else finish the job that you've already paid to have done) The majority of the work crew is terrible: no cleanup, food wrappers, pop cans, nails and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE and we have two dogs that go outside and could've eaten any of that stuff. No professionalism AT ALL! We would love to hear back from the owner of the company who never once responded to our calls or emails. A very sad, poor excuse of a company. Lesson learned we will never ever go with a company without personal references again. Piece of crap company. And Eric should be ashamed of himself. No integrity whatsoever!!! read more

We got several quotes from different businesses, a couple other quotes outrageous, Window Depot of Lancaster very reasonable. We order 16 windows. They came in sooner than we thought. The 4 man team showed up, set up and with a team of two working inside, the other two working on the outside was excellant in their workmanship. Aaron lead the outside install, John lead the installation on the inside. My husband and I was so impressive, as how they manage the whole process. Each did their job and did it well. Their clean up excellent. Their kindness and respect for our property was excellent. It took a day and half and the new windows are beautiful, easy to operate and with great efficiency! I can't say enough about their professionalism! Great job, thank you gentleman. read more

Window Depot.....please DO NOT do business with this company. I've had damage done to my house with them putting gutters on. I've been trying to get them to fix damages and they ignore me. Also, a slab of my metal roof on my building blew off...they put back on the bent and old piece of damaged roof that doesn't fit snug and birds are getting under it. Contract says they'll match the slab as best they can, which was OK with me, but to put the bend-damaged piece back up is awful. Birds, birds, birds making their home under it is bad. Wish I had never hired them. I'm considering small claims court. RUN from Window Depot. read more

do not let these people work on your house or do any construction. had them put in a front porch and roof cist over 16,000.00 roof leaks gutters leak , large crack where steps are applied. They came out 3 months ago promised to make repairs. After several phone calls still no answer. Very poor quality work . read more

I had window Depot install 6 new windows and and a sliding glass door and it was a wonderful experience ! They gave me a fair and honest price with no pressure and the Install crew went above and beyond my expectations , my windows and door are beautiful ! Can't recommend these guys enough ! read more

Window Depot in East Columbus have provided my wife and I with the worst service I've ever had. They've yelled at us over the phone, and permenatly damaged our home refusing to issue any money back stating we don't deserve a refund. It's also impossible to get answers out of anyone that works there. We have spoken to multiple people who never stated their position in the company clealry or gave us conflicting info on their exact position and they all proceeded to gaslight us and blame us for their mistakes and now they won't answer emails or calls. Their voice-mail is always full so you can't even leave a message. This review doesn't even scratch the surface of the issues we've had. RUN AWAY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!! read more
