Apco used to (may still) partner with a company I used to work for. I also know a couple ofo people…read morewho worked there so they were a natural first call when I needed new siding. My sales person came out quickly and provided a quote. He even quoted for windows as well. They were within my budget and I gratefully added those as well. The team was fantastic along the way. Each crew I worked with was a pleasure. Windows went in first, then siding, and then a gutter crew to finish up. I love my new exterior to my house. It is so beautiful and a huge change from the old dingy siding.

Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. So there's my reviewMy patio was never finished properly and it makes me very sad as I spent $53,000 so be very careful when hiring the correct pick for your outdoor patio.

They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Buyer Beware - Do Your Homework Before Hiring This Company…read more I don't typically write negative reviews, but after my experience, I feel a responsibility to warn others. I hired this company to remove and replace my residential roof. At the time, it was a significant investment, and I trusted that I was getting quality workmanship. Fast forward 10 years, and I've discovered a serious issue: faulty ridge vent installation that has led to improper attic ventilation and ultimately mold growth, as confirmed by my insurance company. When I brought this to their attention, I wasn't met with concern or even a willingness to discuss the issue--just a flat refusal to engage because "too much time has passed." Here's the reality: Homeowners don't routinely climb into their attics to inspect ventilation systems unless there's a problem. These types of installation defects can go unnoticed for years until they become costly--and potentially hazardous--issues. What's most disappointing is not just the problem itself, but the complete lack of accountability or customer support when a legitimate concern is raised. My advice to anyone considering this company: Ask detailed questions about ventilation systems, not just shingles Get everything documented clearly Understand what kind of workmanship guarantee (if any) truly exists And most importantly, choose a company that will stand behind their work long after the job is done A roof isn't just a purchase--it's a long-term investment in your home. Make sure you're working with a company that treats it that way. I wish I had known then what I know now.
