I had a voicemail setup. Why lie? Go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and unreliable. So she filled out the application and lone behold about 10 mins later, Me not my girlfriend recieved a email From Rebecca stating ' SHE CANT SWITCH IT EITHER UNTIL ITS PAID' how rude! mind you I didn't even know my girlfriend 10 years ago! (when my past bill was do...) so answer why Rebecca would email me saying this? she should have emailed my girlfriend who filled out the application! and I can almost guarantee she will be unresponsive to my girlfriend as well in emails. the way that she has handl it was unprofessional! disrespectful and out of line. I hope upper management considers replacing such an easily filled position without hesitation. sorry not sorry Rebecca! be nicer to people in this world and maybe it will get you a lot farther than it has today! During this attempt water was thrown all over the garage and made a mess. He removed the toilet in my downstairs bathroom since he couldn't open the clean out valve in the area and tried to snake that. Water from the toilet was thrown on the walls, ceiling and floor. I can understand some mess but having to clean the ceiling and cabinets shows a lack of care for the work performed, the tech didn't even offer to clean this up just left it as is. After snaking the line he went to go get a new wax ring for the toilet. This was set into an older line and was not properly secured to the flange. Upon flushing the toilet the next day water immediately started leaking from the toilet. After the toilet was pulled there was a wax ring set into the pipe but not properly sealed. The ring didn't even go to the right height to attempt a seal. It would have been better if I had not had them come out to begin with. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They don't follow code and should just close their doors with the poor quality work and lack of integrity. You won't know the damage they do until the work they have done fails at a later date.

We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!

The tech came out and accidentally broke my disconnect so he said he would "put in a ticket" to have someone come out to repair it. The scheduling lady called me a few days later and scheduled a tech to come out to the house and the tech came and replaced the disconnect and left. I then received via email a $175 bill. I called and left a voicemail to inquire with no response the next morning then called again the next day and was told "Tom Jr" would handle but was not there and would call me back to discuss. By this time I decided to have my husband handle this. Tom Jr stated he was charging us $175 for what his technician came out and broke! At no time we're we given a quote for the work or knew what the cost of repair would be - since Steele damaged our property we thought they would do the right thing and repair what they damaged - NOPE - Tom Jr (Steele) called it a "miscommunication" and argued to no end. This was shady dealings and not the way to run a stand up business. In the end, my husband had to fight for what was right and Tom Jr said to "throw out the bill" and hung up on my husband. If you are looking for Customer Service from a Heating and Cooling Business, LOOK ELSEWHERE!! Once you spend your money on a full heating and cooling package like we did, they're done with you.
