My husband and I just bought our first home together and a few weeks in, found some uninvited guests in the yard in the form of skunks. Outstanding service. Prompt response to an urgent need for humane trapping and relocation of a large rodent (squirrel) that was making a home in my attic, making very loud scratching sounds. Sealing exterior access points was also necessary. Phone communication with Benjamin (owner) following a detailed onsite inspection by a technician was easy. Several options were provided for me to choose from, and he explained each option in detail and what would be covered by each service very clearly. Tri County Trappers were recommended by my pest control company to get rid of two swallow nests in the upper eaves of our two-story home. The swallows were dropping bird excrement on the patio deck and outside lighting. Tri County came out quickly and assessed the situation in June, and provided several options for removal, clean-up, and prevention of further nesting. Since we were unable to remove the nests until they were completely empty in October, with a simple call and Tri County Trappers completed the removal and sterilized all affected surfaces. We appreciated that they affirmed the original estimate, although months had passed, and were respectful of our property to leave their work area clean and spotless as if they were never there, minus the nests and bird excrement. read more

One major thing to me when working with a new vendor is their timing. They under promised and over delivered. Which is key in any business in my opinion. We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. When we heard noises in our chimney, we thought it was birds nesting. We were shocked to find a family of RACOONS nesting there. He applied a pheromone to the chimney [apparently the raccoons think it is a predator] and the family left. We now have a metal grate on the top of the chimney to keep these critters from returning.
