I really couldnt afford to have another whole new toilet installed so reached out to Oregon City Chit Chat and a name that was mentioned a couple times was Nexus Plumbing. So I called him yesterday. He came out today and within about 30 min he had the entire thing replaced, it looked beautiful AND flushed perfectly!! My experience with Henco Plumbing has been great! I called them about 2 years ago to clear a…read moreclogged pipe and install a new toilet and had a very satisfying experience (see my previous review), so when we had yet another clog, I called them again. Our plumbing tech, Drew Smith, cleared the clog but found that the sewer line was deteriorating. He conferred with his manager at length to determine the best options available for me. We decided to do the least invasive fix, one that would avoid having to tear up my basement, ( which we use as additional living space), to get to the pipe. Expensive? Yes, but it's the sewer pipe folks - not something we can do without. Henco staff worked with me on the financing and I approved an epoxy coating for the existing pipe. Scott Printz Phil Skaggs, (the expert installers), came out and dug up the back yard to expose the pipe, descaled it and ran the camera to prep for the epoxy. No can do - pipe is in such bad shape that epoxy would be a very expensive, useless option. They immediately notified Henco management & Drew. Drew came back out on Monday with possible options. He'd shared ALL the info & videos provided by Scott & Phil with management, as well as my concerns about cost. It's now Thursday and Scott & Phil are back to insert a special liner (actually a pipe within the existing pipe) that will, to all intents & purposes replace the old pipe without having to dig up my basement & pierce the foundation. This is still an expensive option, but considerably less money than tearing up the basement. Bottom line, these folks have been personable, efficient, and have produced the results they promised. I highly recommend Henco for your plumbing needs!

Came out for a bid on two outdoor pickets being replaced. They said it would cost $800, but also I needed to repipe my whole home and that would be only $35K. They also charge $130 for the visit just to come and give a bid. The two people who came didn't even seem like actual plumbers, more like shady salesmen. Got bids from actual plumbers, significantly less expensive and an actual skilled tradesmen. The Henco grifters claimed my water main was leaking actively, it was dry as a bone, and follow up bids from other companies proved also it was dry. Henco = lying grifters

I am updating my review because the service was good but the billing and their financial department…read moresucked and every time I called to try to resolve they wouldn't call me back and were unavailable. Backstory: When I booked them and they came out to our home, they did a credit check for financing. Despite my high credit score the Service Financial co they used had a pretty high interest rate. I IMMEDIATELY told the guy, I do NOT want this credit. I will get my own and just pay you. Which we did. Fast forward to over a month later they came out and did the work and the guys were great as my previous review stated. My husband signed for the work when I wasn't home and assumed it was signing off on the work and not some financial agreement. So I am waiting on the bill and I get a call from their finance company. To which I very clearly tell them NO I do NOT want your financing I will pay them in full. I call Sky and speak to the office and they tell me to just tell the finance company to send it back to them because they cannot cancel it on their end. The finance company tells me that in order to cancel it Sky needs to cancel it because the company already sent them a partial payment and they would need to return that. The salesmen at Sky calls me and swears there is no prepayment penalty and I can just pay the finance company in full with no additional charges. I tell him that I do NOT want to pay a 2nd party because they do not just finance for free. He swears that its too late now and this is the only way, but it will cost exactly the same if I just pay them off. Flash forward to my first bill with this company where I pay it off, but due to the finance charges it costs me and extra $400 for the privilage of being sent over to to them, despite me telling Sky from the very first meeting that I will pay for the system in full. I called to speak to the office person but they won't call me back and I highly doubt they will give me back the $400 extra that I had to pay. I don't know about anyone else but I don't enjoy having to fork out $400 for being lied to and given the run around when it was their mistake after I clearly told them I do not want financing.
