Noah is a fantastic plumber - knowledgeable, prompt, and a great value. I won't trust my recently finished renovation to any other plumber.

Their quote came in the lowest and Brandon was extremely helpful on the phone, so I ended up choosing them. - The quote process was great: I submitted their online form, they gave me a call asking for more details, I sent them a few pictures, and they gave me another call with solutions and a quote. The quote also happened to be the cheapest of the 3 companies I got bids from. - The installation went very smoothly. I understand that direct vent water heaters are a little tricky to install, but Brandon installed perfectly. He arrived on time, got rid of our old water heater, and added a new water heater with several fixes: the overflow pipe now runs to the sink, he used a "flex vent" kit so the water heater can sit on the ground, and he put the water heater in a tray to reduce issues from slow leaks since I don't have a basement drain. - After the install, Brandon taught me how to change the temp / turn the water heater off / how to flush it / how to change the anode rod. Very pleased with the work and my new water heater is working flawlessly. The only downside was that there was no permit. I'm no expert on permits. Portland's website says that water heater changes require a permit. Brandon said it's a "gray area" for residential. I am not planning on selling the house and things looked good to me, so I don't mind too much.

This time they were out to replace a sump pump. James communicated when he was coming, arrived on time, and did the job quickly. He was friendly and talked at my level. Definitely the kind of customer service you'd expect from Cornel's. Premium price, but premium customer service and quality people. You get what you pay for! I'm keeping them on speed dial.

The one company that will will take me on will not write in a water sewer backup clause, and there is no way I would not have that coverage. Due to the bathtub faucet not being put back together correctly, I had flooding in my kitchen, bedroom closet and master bathroom. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. I do not recommend this company. Nobody ever reached out to me after the damage, however they did call the Flood Pros without telling me that they had done so when I called in a panic on a Saturday night. The initial reason I called them was to fix an bathtub faucet that was dripping in the tub, and I ended up with a disaster.

They arrived on time, assessed the situation, then provided a solution which resulted in replacing the tank. A couple months later I had a service issue which resulted in a warranty item needing to be replaced. Precision came out right away and performed the required services. I'm truly grateful for these guys and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service from their professional staff. Thank you Precision!

The house has a Direct Vent type of water heater, and those units are hard to find. After getting an extremely high estimate from a major national firm, with restrictive install dates (this kind of thing can't wait), I called Precision Water Heater and immediately connected with Paul. He provided a complete quote, on the spot by just looking at pictures, and located the right unit and installed it the very next morning. All work was completed within his originally quoted budget (a much better price than the others). In addition, he sealed the exterior wall outlet hole with special sealant that he purchased, and didn't charge me. I couldn't ask for a better experience or better contractor. I will use Precision for my future needs, and highly recommend them. bruce (california)

Companies do not earn and maintain a near perfect 5.0 rating without consistently delivering exceptional service, integrity, and quality workmanship--and this company exemplifies all three. We recently had our home repiped by Service Plus Plumbing, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Landon and his crew were professional, punctual, and consistently courteous. They arrived exactly when scheduled, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and ensured we understood each step of the project. What could have been a disruptive undertaking was handled with efficiency and care. What truly set them apart was their commitment to going above and beyond. They took the time to answer every question, paid close attention to detail, and demonstrated genuine pride in their work. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Upon completion, they left our home remarkably clean. Aside from the expected wall cutouts--which were outside the scope of their work--you would not have known extensive plumbing work had just been performed. Their respect for our home and property was greatly appreciated. Equally impressive was their pricing. Their quote was beyond competitive, and the final invoice matched the original bid exactly, even though they invested significant time and effort to ensure we were completely satisfied with the finished result.

We have two small children, so restoring water quickly was critical. The technician removed a short section of copper pipe, connected a short section of PEX pipe to the existing plumbing, installed a new angle stop and supply line, and tested for leaks. The total charge for this repair was $1,204.47. After reviewing the invoice and speaking with other plumbers, we learned that this type of repair typically costs a few hundred dollars, even accounting for a service call. Jonathan explained that Apollo operates on flat-rate pricing. He first presented a $13,000 plumbing replacement option, which did not seem relevant to the emergency repair we had requested to restore water service. He also offered a membership plan. The invoice lists a flat-rate package titled "Repair 1/2" Copper Pipe up to 10'." In reality, only a short section of pipe was removed and replaced with PEX. While the repair restored water to the house, the price felt extremely high relative to the scope of work performed. I recommend homeowners get multiple quotes before approving work, especially for emergency repairs.
