Someone got back to me right away, and scheduling was a fast. I originally called them out to service my water heater and potentially upgrade the heating elements. They were incredibly quick with the service, but what really blew me away was their honesty. Instead of just replacing the elements and charging me for it, they let me know they were completely fine and just needed a quick temperature adjustment. I was able to return the parts I had already purchased for a refund. They also noted that while my unit is in great shape right now, it is getting a bit older. They took the time to educate me on what to keep an eye on and walked me through my best options for a future replacement when the time comes. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. All work was completed within his originally quoted budget (a much better price than the others).
