I have had this company do work at our home before. They did a good job the first time. Recently, I had an emergency, and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours of my call (!!) I was informed of the exact amount I would pay, how long it would take, and then given a referral for some drywall repair. Dante was pleasant, efficient, and very businesslike. We have a hole in our wall because of the pipe that was affected by water damage, but it would have been a lot worse if CCP hadn't come when they did. I would highly recommend them! Also- I called another plumbing company that had done work for us before I called CCP, and they did not return my call. I now have "a friend in the plumbing business" whom I can count on! TLDR: Mike made a mistake that cost us an additional $1,400 and refused to take any accountability, nor was he willing to even discuss a mutually favorable compromise. To be fair, the situation Mike was put in was a difficult one, which he should have ultimately walked away from. That would have been way more reasonable than what he did. There was a conflict in scheduling (Not Mike's fault) that had concrete pourers onsite before Mike arrived, and the spot he was supposed to place plumbing was already covered with concrete. When Mike discovered this, he simply had the concrete crew form out an opening for his plumbing work, but in the wrong spot altogether. While our directions for the plumbing were not exact, down to the inch, he instructed the concrete crew to put it on the opposite end of the pole barn. He did this without confirming with me. To cover the errant hole will cost $1,400. I originally offered to cover that cost if Mike would simply cover labor to cut out the concrete to lay the pipe. He declined that and ultimately said he refused to work on the project any further and would not take any accountability or work at all on a resolution. Terribly unprofessional and just gross. Off the bat, horrible way to answer the phone. Asked for a bid on an install for a sewer drain, Michael said, "we don't do that type of work" (cool with me) but, then I asked, "what kind of work do you do"? He said we don't do that, I asked again, "I understand, what kind of work do you do? He answered the same thing with an attitude. I just wanted to see if they could other work in my other homes, but I assume being negative and blowing customers off is the way they operate. Completely unprofessional, and horrendous first impressions. If you don't like your work, do something else. It is not the customers and/or potential customer's fault. read more

Was hoping to use them since we are looking for a plumber to handle all plumbing needs for our multiple rentals but when I spoke with Mike he said "We don't deal with renters." I explained I'm the owner and I have work I need done on one of our rentals and he just kept repeating that they don't deal with renters. So I guess they don't want our business. read more

My hot water heater broke the day before Thanksgiving. Nobody had time to fix it that day. These guys came out within the hour and discussed choices, options, and prices. To my surprise our water bill skyrocketed. We called Clark County Plumbing as they have done other work for us in the past, We've always been truly satisfied, and hoped it was still the same. Two fantastic guys showed up with great personalities (in masks of course) and were right on time with a heads-up call prior to arrival. They were very quick at diagnosing our problem as a broken landscaping water takeoff line and fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. I don't know about you, but we are so thankful when we run across a local company that is everything you hoped for and more. Updating the garage with flooring and new cabinets and thought it was time to check the 16 year old tank heater. I looked at YELP and read CLark County Plumbing reviews and called. Mike, the owner, answered right away and made the appointment for 2 days out. He gave me valuable data on costs of tank options and tankless and the background on how tankless work and the pros and barely any cons. He was available during my timeframe and did the install today. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE, professional, dependable, clean and his follow-up is outstanding. His team is upbeat, thorough and they even swept the driveway before they left. Nice finishing touch. And his prices are very much in alignment. These guys gets 5-star for being prompt and on-time. However, I was quoted a ridiculous $350 to fix a pipe leak. I thought maybe I was just sticker shocked at how expensive plumbing work have become. Decided to be prudent and call around and got the pipe fixed for under $150 from a competitor. The two guys that stopped by were very nice, respectful and courteous. Extremly pleased with the great customer service that we received from Patrick. I called early in the morning and left a message that I needed a plumber for a broken pipe underneath our house. We received a call back promptly 8:30 am. They would be out same day to fix it. We were given a time frame and he showed up with in the time. Patrick had it fixed quickly and our water restored. I was very impressed by Clark County Plumbing. After dealing with a different company who booked us nine days out and cancelled two days before our appointment for an emergency appointment that was considered more important (which still baffles me you can plan an emergency for two days away), Clark County Plumbing was prompt in calling us to book and arrived in less than 24 hours. Andrew was friendly and professional. Costs were clear up front (we had a co-pay through our home warranty) but he did everything he could to fix the problem before making it a private expense. Luckily he managed to fix our drains and no extra costs were needed. Very impressed. We will definitely be calling them again (knock on wood) if we ever have plumbing issues. read more

We had CCP to our home in August for a main sewer blockage. They came out a few of times on short notice. The first initial snaking didn't fully clear it, and we had them come back (twice) to power jet the sewer line. The first two times they came out, it was mainly Chris, who was punctual, professional, and polite. I was pleased with the service and how quick they came out. He even gave us an extra root-x treatment. We had another backup two weeks later and CCP came out last minute and on warranty to re-jet the pipe. Unfortunately, during this visit one of their guys decided to jump over the fence instead of walking around to the gate. In doing so, he broke the top off of one of the pickets. He tried to cover it up by attaching the piece with silicone caulk. When I came out of the house to say something, he was defensive and rude. I talked with the supervisor who said he'd talk with him. The experience made a pretty strong impression on our experience with CCP. After I initially posted this review, the owner Mike called me right away to make things right. He let me know that they had other issues with this person who had since been let go. He offered to have the fence fixed this week. I'm pleased that he reached out to take full responsibility for the actions of an untrustworthy employee. read more

I highly recommend Clark County Plumbing! They have earned a customer for life and if I could give them 6 stars I would. I have had 2 occasions where we had plumbing emergencies and both times they were at my house within hours of calling them. I dealt with Aaron the first time for a leak in the house and Patrick and Chris the second time for an issue outside. Both times they were highly professional and went above and beyond to get my problem solved in a timely manner even when the problem was a challenging one to get fixed. The first time we had a leaking toilet but we didn't know that. All we knew was our daughter's closet floor was soaked and getting moldy and the basement ceiling was starting to droop. Aaron found the leak right away after asking a few questions and looking around and was able to get the problem solved quickly. We had him come back and install 4 new toilets for us and he did a superior job and did not leave one speck of dirt or mess. You would never have known we had any work done in any of the bathrooms. The plumbing in the walls was a bit challenging on a couple of the toilets but he took the time to do the work right instead of rushing through it. The second time was just today - We had a leak in our main water line feeding the house. Patrick and Chris went out of their way to find a solution to get us water again even though the pipes in the ground were originally installed horribly and used various kinds and sizes of pipe which made the repair all but impossible without replacing the entire main line. At first it didn't look like there was a way to rig a temporary fix but Patrick continued to brainstorm about it until he came up with a solution and drove back out to my house to do the repair so I could have water again. He is the kind of worker every business needs! I will be having them take care of all my future plumbing needs including the permanent solution of replacing the main line that goes from our well to the house. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and anyone I meet that needs a plumber. read more

Mike and Dante did a great job on our plumbing issue, they provided sewer lining for about 20 feet of sewer under our foundation in addition to digging out and replacing the old Y joint connection at the foundation line and replacing with technology from this century. They provided exactly the service we needed that should help to keep our 85 year old home functioning for many years to come. The job-site was left clean, they were on time each day and were able to get us in when an opening popped up in their schedule the next day and are very competitively priced (we had a quote from another company before we decided to go with CCP for this project to check). We had just moved into our home (during a pretty difficult time, no less) and a water spigot broke. We were so unfamiliar with the house, it was late at night the day after a holiday. We had water running all over the place and had to shut down everything. They squeezed us into their schedule, fixed the spigot gave us some valuable information that we didn't already have, recommended someone to help us with our well and sediment issues, and didn't rob us blind. Contrary to other reviews I'll report a pretty unsatisfactory experience. Starting with an appointment, I arranged to be home for. An hour late, I got a phone call telling me they "might make it" that day. I had given them a written description of the work I needed. When the plumber arrived, the first question he had at the door was, "What are we going to be doing for you today". Completely unprepared. Dealing with a well, tankless hot water, and recirculation, our system is a bit complicated (hence the written scope prior to services). Honestly, the first words from his mouth walking into the mechanical room was "we don't work on those" (referring to the tankless heater in this case). He went on to explain how the system worked (which was quite opposite to what the manual explained)...etc, etc. So the visit to that room was a disaster. On to the filter system..... Seriously pulling a used plastic coke bottle from the truck, he promised to get the water tested and make some recommendations. He left with promise to send back a quote on the repairs and water filter recommendations. Never to hear from again. No matter, won't use - but a wasted day and week waiting. Cannot recommend. I had a bit better experience with Simpson. read more

I'm just getting around to this review (10/2017!) as we had to remodel our entire kitchen due to a faulty hot water line for which the manufacturer had issued a recall. Unfortunately, that recall letter never came to us. So, when the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour to save the day. I'd think that any after-hours plumber would be in a somewhat bad mood - annoyed at least - and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn't stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn't shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can't recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. Call Clark County plumbing probably about 8 months ago. Brad came out and gave me a very fair bid. Unfortunately I did not go with them at that time I ended up having replace my main water lines. However on another note, my wife was insistent that I change out the faucet and handle for our bathtub, as I'm doing it I'm telling my wife that I am NOT a plumber. After 5 hours and screwing up the rough-in and the actual copper faucet called around to see who I can get to give me an estimate to repair my bathroom. Nobody would make time for me except for Clark County plumbing. When Brad returned he made a very good diagnosis of the problem and completely work with me because of my tight budget. The worst experience with any "professional" facility by far! For starters, the technician, Patrick, was eager to up-sell me on anything and everything. I went through a home warranty company, and he mentioned several times how much he hates dealing with warranty companies and how it would be in my best interest to just pay out of pocket. No thanks. Also, it took a MONTH to get my bathroom faucet; took 3 weeks for Patrick to drop it off, and when he did, it was the kitchen faucet. I needed a bathroom faucet. So that took another week and many phone calls on my part (Clark Co plumbing never bothered to follow-up with me). It's unbelievable to me that my bathroom sink was not functional for a month due to such poor customer service. Finally, a month after this ordeal began, I asked Patrick to drop off the faucet before I went on vacation, then come back to install it upon my return. He stated no problem, he'd love to make it right by me due to the "inconvenience." Yet when he dropped it off, he stated there would be an additional charge for him to come back and install it at a different date. I was appalled. I left a message with the office, no response back. This is a company to stay away from, especially if you're going through a home warranty company! read more

I liked the service and expertise. A job well done. However be careful about accepting the job estimated cost. Was quoted $750 to install a hot water heater. I furnished the new tank, even had it setting in place. Just hook it up. Parts came to $23.12. after a 39 dollar coupon, I paid $711 in labor cost, tax not included. The job took 3.5 hrs max. $711/3.5 = 203 per hr. I get 95-125 per hr, but 203 per hr. Just a bit excessive. read more
