The woman behind the counter wasn't even wearing hers. I walked next door and the office next door was happy to give me one. I walked back into the office and the lady behind the front desk actively ignored me standing there (with my mask on), until I said something. She then kicked me out. I suppose I'm not important enough to them, but I will make sure they remember my name at every location that I've ever seen them at before this is all over with. People have died because they have sent in the wrong results or miss handled the specimen. All I asked is for them to own up to their mistake so I can get my treatment and feel better. So please, if you're a smart person, stay away from them because if not, you're just playing a game of Russian Roulette. They are playing with my livelihood and my well-being. I hired Special Forces to do an Inspection on a property I was purchasing under an "As Is"…read morepurchase. Prior to retaining them, I noted it said they had errors and omissions insurance on their website. This inspection was the worst inspection that I have ever had done. The Inspector new that I was out of the state and was relying on him to make the decision to purchase or not. The inspector missed about 4500,00 worth of dry rot, failed to notice uneven floors, failed to notice there were damp rid bags under every cabinet, in every closet, in every room, over 30 of them and the house had a huge dampness problem. He couldn't find the bottom for the disposal or how to turn on the ice maker in the freezer to see if it worked. The inspector came back over to the house and admitted he dropped the ball and was completely out to lunch. I suggested he file with his errors and omissions insurance to cover some of these damages. He shuffled his feet and admitted he actually didn't have it any longer. My response was that not only was it on your web site but you verbally confirmed it as well. He admitted that he missed alot of things, but that he no longer has the insurance and he can't do anything for me. Not even refund my money. Due to the way his contract is written he can be held legally liable in a court of law. This is the 8th house I have purchased. I always anticipate inspectors missing some things but these were huge and glaring. And he seems to be indifferent to any accountability. Do not use Special Forces Home Services!
