During my sleep apnea exam, we specifically discussed my CPAP use, and she stated she saw it documented in my medical records. However, she marked "No" on my DBQ for CPAP use. That error resulted in a 0% rating instead of the rating warranted by my prescribed CPAP. My advice to every veteran is to request and carefully review your DBQ after your exam to ensure it accurately reflects your medical records and what was discussed during your evaluation. One mistake can significantly affect your claim. If you have the option, I recommend requesting a different examiner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

When I was originally swabbed early on Saturday, they advised 24-48 hr turnaround for results. Two days later on Monday, the front desk explained it was late because their lab was closed for Memorial Day and wouldn't be providing results until Tuesday. This was frustrating as I took the test specifically for urgent travel and would have gone elsewhere had I known the usual 48 hr wait was now going to be 72 hrs. Later that same day, I received a text in the evening with results that had been published by a lab a couple hours earlier. Seems the lab was open! Communication here is poor. I normally prefer to support small businesses but after my experience at ExperCare I would recommend going to Walgreens or CVS for Covid testing to avoid frustration.
