I have been seeing Dr. Paul Bradley and his staff of very competent PAs, NPs and nurses for at least 10 years, probably longer. I could not be more pleased with the care the medical staff has provided. I am now retired and under Medicare, but have never felt skimped on for time spent with me.
While most of the support staff are also very good, there have been issues with a few of the support staff. I believe that this is not the only medical practice in Savannah having difficulty finding competent personnel. I have made my specific issues with specific personnel known to the medical staff, especially Dr. Bradley, from time to time, and have always felt that I was "heard," even when they were not able to do anything about the individual until a suitable replacement was found. I reiterate: Most support staff are very good.
In the case of the review about a large bill still unresolved, I wish you would post more details. Did your insurance refuse coverage? Medical rates are what they are, no matter how you felt about the care you received.
As for the review about a sparse physical, was it clear when you made the appointment that you wanted a complete annual physical? A week to ten days before meeting with Dr. Bradley or one of the PAs or NPs to discuss the results, I always schedule a morning of labs and other types of tests. Mind you, I am a continuing patient, so each year's tests are ordered the prior year. It might also have been an insurance issue, if your coverage was sparse. read more
