The problem was it was continuing to get worse and I was going on 4-5 nights with extremely little sleep. Yesterday morning I was so weak and exhausted. We don't have insurance so I was hesitant to go to urgent care but nothing I was taking was working. These guys were so wonderful from the front desk to the nurse to the PA (Mr Wright). I truly felt like they cared for my needs...i even broken down in tears on the nurse...I was just so exhausted and she saw it. Mr Wright listened to my lungs and heard some congestion one of my lower lobes and gave me some meds assuring me that within 2 days I'd be feeling better and could still enjoy some of my vacay. I am so grateful to report I slept about 8 hrs last night and I can already feel like things are going in the right direction. I literally feel so much better compared to yesterday just by getting some sleep. I don't think I've ever written a review for an urgent care before but I truly want to thank the staff at this place for treating me so well when I was in such a low plac and report their care not only encouraged me yesterday but made me feel like a new person today. Thank you!!!

A pleasant professional experience from start to finish. Best experience I've had at an urgent care.read more

While I have specialists I see in this same bldg. this was my first visit to Dr. Jimena Burnett. I…read morewas hesitant to sign on with Dr. Burnett because I had read many bad reviews about her and her staff. However, my MD of the last few yrs. recently had to move from this area, so I thought I'd give them a try and make up my own mind. I have to say, I was surprised that the nurses and lab techs were friendly and thorough; not at all what I had read in reviews. Dr. Burnett, while not the most personable Dr. I've ever met, was very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I need a good doctor not a new friend, so I didn't mind that she's not chatty. I'm giving only 3 stars because the examination room and the restroom in the office were extremely dirty with cobwebs, hair and lots of dust and dirt behind the doors and in the corners. The bathroom had paper all over the floor and the soap dispenser looked years past needing a replacement. The toilet cover dispenser was hanging half off the floor and was empty. I hope it was just a bad case of needing a new cleaning crew and that this isn't the case next time I visit. If a doctors offices aren't clean it makes you wonder how concerned they actually are about keeping you healthy!
