Web site would not accept my address with no helpful information provided preventing me from making an appointment. 2. They could not find my paperwork for quite some time creating additional delay. 3. I had doctor email my paperwork since they could not find it and email got lost in their systems and was not located during my visit although I got a copy from the doctor via email. 4. Was understaffed and the entire staff was showed visible stress. Strengths: 5. Finally, found someone that recognized how long I was waiting, she found my paperwork, drew my blood, and got me out ten minutes after locating my paperwork.

Well, this Karen states she will return calls, emails, text messages. She has returned one and told me she would reach out to the medical director and get back with me ASAP and it has been a week now. I've tried to be nice and I've tried to explain that I believe we all can make mistakes and I just need theirs corrected and I explained what I needed. I suppose I'm not important enough to them, but I will make sure they remember my name at every location that I've ever seen them at before this is all over with. People have died because they have sent in the wrong results or miss handled the specimen. All I asked is for them to own up to their mistake so I can get my treatment and feel better. So please, if you're a smart person, stay away from them because if not, you're just playing a game of Russian Roulette. They are playing with my livelihood and my well-being. They have so many suits against them as it is, you would think they would step up and do the right thing. Only good thing I can say about them is if you work for them you're probably golden because they don't wanna own up to what they have wronged.

I walked back into the office and the lady behind the front desk actively ignored me standing there (with my mask on), until I said something. She then kicked me out. Don't waste your time unless you'd like to deal with employees that clearly hate their jobs enough to look for anything little thing to be mad about.
