I should have known by the filthy floors and overrun trash bins that this would be an awful experience. The office staff was nasty, except for the young man who remained professional and kind during the mess he helped resolve. The front desk people displayed such nasty and ghetto behavior, it was appalling. Long story short, it took me a full half-day to get my script submitted. They took absolutely no accountability for the lackluster service delivery, and I missed out on a full day of sightseeing.

I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. I can't imagine, looking back, how I'd have made it through these last 7 years without her care. She makes getting better unbelievably enjoyable. To put it very simply, I consider Dr. Marilyn Lavallee the absolute best!

All websites upon which Dr. Borissova shows up indicate that she is accepting new patients. When I called I actually spoke to a real person all 4 times, and each time the person I spoke with verified that she is accepting new patients. Each time I was told that they were busy and had to check the schedule for availability and that they would return my call either later that day or the next business day. I NEVER received a call back and had to call back several days later only to be given the same song and dance - someone will call me back soon... I got tired of waiting and went with another doctor whose staff made an appointment for me and my wife at the time of my first call. I do not know how Dr. Borissova can hope to be successful when her staff cannot even return a phone call. I would have preferred being told up-front that they were not interested in having my wife and I as patients rather than be strung along wasting my time waiting for a reply that never came... Mike
