I did not have an appointment. Got the a little after 9:00 A.M. and walked out at 9:30. Ladies working there were all great. DN read more

I regularly use Labcorp for my quarterly blood draws. The phlebotomists there are very efficient. In over 30 blood draws, I think they have only missed the vein once. Compared to where I used to go, they are highly efficient. It can be crowded there but my wait times have not been unreasonable. read more

Two different appointments in the last year, the staff has no concept of delivering services on a timely manner. Waited more than an hour for blood draws read more

My appointment was at 12. I was seen at 1:45. There was standing room only in the waiting room. I told the phlebotomist that I had tiny veins and I needed a butterfly needle. She used a regular needle and I have never had such a bruise on my arm. I'm going to have to wear long sleeves, in the heat, for the next few weeks. I'll stick with Quest. read more

The staff are really nice and quite competent and that's why I picked their lab for my last blood test after other experiences. expensive read more

Wait times even with an appt are ridiculous. They run at least an hour late. I don't know if it's due to low staffing or incompetence. I do know it's difficult for fasting blood draws. They're all very nice‍ read more

There is no point of having an appointment as you're not going to be seen on time anyway.

I can't speak enough of just how wonderful the staff is at LabCorp. Willie Mae is just the BEST. She is so kind and makes the whole experience easy. read more

very low staffed and poor wait times. Need to get it together. 1.5-2 hours wait times are really unrealistic for people especially older people. Waiting room over flowing. read more

They have done a great job with my teen son who needs monthly bloodwork for a medication. He has to fast for this bloodwork, so he's typically hungry since he's a growing teen. They ladies get him in quickly and he's done quickly. Thank you! read more

Had an appointment for bloodwork. Didn't matter. Go somewhere else unless you don't care about time money and quality of service

Willie Mae is an angel! I am the most difficult blood draw ever and she not only is expert and gets it done but she is very comforting and proficient! read more

They are fast and painless. I've been a few times to get blood drawn and had a great experience every time.

3 HORRIBLE experiences in a row. Never, ever again will I return! Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and the entire staff seems very unhappy or miserable. Forget making an appointment because they don't follow that at all. They saw a handful of walking after my appointment time, and I checked in early. The icing on the cake was the massive hematoma they gave me as a souvenir of our forever departing. I repeatedly emphasized that her draw was painful. She replies, "it won't bruise!". Look y'all...I've had my blood drawn several times due to thyroid disease, and I've never had this ever happen to me before. My suggestion for all is to think twice before making them your lab work option! read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Bluffton, South Carolina

I would have given a zero but it wouldn't let me. They were supposed to send a text when ready. After over a half hour I checked to see if they called me and the person said the check-in didn't take so she checked me in. After another half hour I asked if she put me at the top and she said no that there were others in front of me which was not correct. I will drive an extra half hour to a different location before I come back here. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

I made appointment in advance, checked in 5 minutes early, was told that I would get a text when they were ready for me. Tiny waiting room was packed, every seat taken, about 6 people standing around. I didn't get a text for 70 MINUTES! Then, it took 10 more minutes to call me from the waiting room to the blood draw. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgement about the wait. Fortunately, the blood draw itself was technically fine. But 80 minutes from the appointment time is unacceptable read more

Called 10 times in a row for the past thirty minutes not one single answer and everytime you get "answering system off" by a machine, does anyone actually work here during business hours or is it just for looks read more

I came here to get a drug screening and the people in the waiting room and I have all been waiting for over an hour. There is no one at the front desk and some woman keeps coming into the front desk area, grabbing stuff, staring at all of us and just leaves. She doesn't tell anyone when we're going to be helped, she doesn't apologize for the wait, nothing. The phone has been ringing for 30 minutes and no one is answering it. It just seems like no one has their shit together in here. This place is about to close and they haven't even looked at the sign in sheet to get us checked in. Half of the waiting room is about to piss themselves because we came in excepting a quick get in get out drug screening. This poor woman keeps going up to the girl who pops into the office for 2 seconds and she keeps giving her an attitude. What a joke. read more

Very easy to check in. I went at 9:15, hardly any wait, staff was friendly. I would use this lab again.

The lady at the front desk with the snuffleupagus lashes was beyond rude. You need to either train your employees to have manners or stick her in the back room to file paperwork and not let her engage with the public. Won't be back. read more

Tried calling to see if they have our Dr's orders before we head all the way down there. No one answers the phone and finally when it does answer, it says, "Answering machine OFF". Does anyone work here? read more

I came a half hour early for pre- employment drug test, checked in online and went to sit in my car. 2 minutes later received text that technician was ready to see me. When I went in the receptionist said, "Your appointment is not until 11:00." I told her I knew that but came early.( only 30 minutes) Her response, " We are not seeing you until 11:00". I am a manager and perhaps she could phrase this better? Such as, " I see your appointment is at 11:00. We do have customers ahead of you. Will you be able to wait until then? We will do our best to see you soon." Rude and unprofessional. So sick of the rude behavior around here. read more
