I regularly use Labcorp for my quarterly blood draws. The phlebotomists there are very efficient. In over 30 blood draws, I think they have only missed the vein once. 3 HORRIBLE experiences in a row. Never, ever again will I return! Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and the entire staff seems very unhappy or miserable. Forget making an appointment because they don't follow that at all. They saw a handful of walking after my appointment time, and I checked in early. The icing on the cake was the massive hematoma they gave me as a souvenir of our forever departing. I repeatedly emphasized that her draw was painful. She replies, "it won't bruise!". Look y'all...I've had my blood drawn several times due to thyroid disease, and I've never had this ever happen to me before. I would have given a zero but it wouldn't let me. They were supposed to send a text when ready. After over a half hour I checked to see if they called me and the person said the check-in didn't take so she checked me in. After another half hour I asked if she put me at the top and she said no that there were others in front of me which was not correct. I made appointment in advance, checked in 5 minutes early, was told that I would get a text when they were ready for me. Tiny waiting room was packed, every seat taken, about 6 people standing around. I didn't get a text for 70 MINUTES! Then, it took 10 more minutes to call me from the waiting room to the blood draw. I came here to get a drug screening and the people in the waiting room and I have all been waiting for over an hour. There is no one at the front desk and some woman keeps coming into the front desk area, grabbing stuff, staring at all of us and just leaves. She doesn't tell anyone when we're going to be helped, she doesn't apologize for the wait, nothing. The phone has been ringing for 30 minutes and no one is answering it. It just seems like no one has their shit together in here. This place is about to close and they haven't even looked at the sign in sheet to get us checked in. Half of the waiting room is about to piss themselves because we came in excepting a quick get in get out drug screening. I came a half hour early for pre- employment drug test, checked in online and went to sit in my car. 2 minutes later received text that technician was ready to see me. When I went in the receptionist said, "Your appointment is not until 11:00." I told her I knew that but came early.( only 30 minutes) Her response, " We are not seeing you until 11:00". I am a manager and perhaps she could phrase this better? Such as, " I see your appointment is at 11:00. We do have customers ahead of you. Will you be able to wait until then?
