This experience wasn't good from the beginning. We were first promised the work would start on a…read morecertain day and it didn't. When work FINALLY started, it was very slow. The drywall work inched along and one of the guys was sick while doing the work and even fell asleep in our home while he waiting for someone to pick him up. The drywall work finally was finished (after almost a week when we were told it would take a few days) and then it was time for the flooring to be put down. Javier showed up on the first day of flooring and worked for a couple hours and went home sick and never came back. Vern stuck it out and did what he could, but according to Vern, Javier was the "flooring guy" and would come back to fix the issues but we never heard from anyone ever again. We have planks of flooring that are spaced apart and other planks that have chip damage in them and we wanted them fixed but no one could be bothered to come back and do the work. We walked around the house with blue tape on the floor for almost a month before we gave up. We paid in cash, on time when asked and didn't get the treatment back that we should have been given. Javier was very destructive to me in my personal life AND professional life. Find someone else to do work for your home.

My wife and I were fortunate in finding Sesar and his wife Ziara to help us with Tree Removal…read moreservices. This is the second time we've used them and these two are METICULOUS! I've never seen anything like their quality and care with an exemplary note to detail. This last job was removing 2 full grown Junipers mistakenly planted by previous owners in a space with little to no room for error as you can see from the photos. I even ok'd it with the joining neighbor to come over to their side of the fence to clean up any strays afterwards but... not a single branch fell over the fence even though you can see most of our two trees hung over to the neighbors side! Sesar and Ziara are miraculous, kind and really great to speak with and work with. I'll not hire or even think of hiring anyone other than In & Out Services, their price is fair, work is perfect and work area is always left cleaned up. I took a Time Lapse of the process (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/gdfr5v-Oe_8), with permission, so I could witness how this was even possible and so others could see their work and consider them. We've never been more pleased with the outcome of a hire out that didn't come from a recommendation. We took a chance and won the lottery of amazing Handy Work!

We also found that the selection at the base price was far better than the other options. The customer service and installation could not have been better. Installation was on time and the installers were clean, polite, and very careful. They put down tarps on the pathway in and worked over covered floors in the installation area. The office person we worked with, Kendra, was exceptional! Always happy to help, communicative, accurate and knowledgeable. As a former construction contractor in a previous life I had become frustrated with TriCities contractors. They are typically late, disinterested, don't return calls, are grossly expensive and their work was marginal. Rock Hard Granite has restored my faith in contractors. Strongly recommend!!
