Fresh, local, and a favorite quaint spot to grab a nutritious lunch. Cranberry Pecan Chicken salad is one of my top picks! There's often a new baked goodie to try and dessert is always FREE for guests visiting on their birthday. Join Sharlene's "Super secret club" to receive daily e-mail, including daily specials, and upcoming events. Woodworking treasures and a substantial selection of wines available too! I love that every meal at Trexler Farm ends with a full tummy, and a smile.

Greek Chicken Salad amazingness!

I have lunch meetings regularly and can say that Trexler Farms is now one of my favorites! Not only are Sharlene and her staff incredible hosts, but the food is incredible. I had the Greek Chicken Salad that was without a doubt one of the best salads I have tasted. The chicken was marinated and the onions must have been as well. It was both delicious and nutritious. Thank you Trexler Farms for an excellent dining experience! I will be back!

Love the eclectic feel of Trexler Farm Cafe. The Boat Room is full of wonderful antiques that fill your eyes with excitement, as your mouth and tongue become overjoyed with the wonderful flavors of Sharlene's delicious food. The history of the building and how it has turned into this very quaint little cafe is an amazing story that she likes to share, just ask. The food is outstanding.

Trexler Farm- grandma's 90th!

We had my Grandma's 90th birthday here, it was a hit! It was the perfect venue for our family and for a reasonable price. Sharlene made it a stress-free event. The food was very good, Homestyle. Sharlene is very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend. Also, the fish tank was a big hit with the kids!

Nicole's Fresh Salmon Salad. Wonderfully healthy; beautiful & colorful presentation.

The customer service in this farm store cafe sets the business apart from all the rest. Sharlene knows every customer by name; all are welcomed & the atmosphere is truly delightful. I have eaten here probably 50+ times and I can honestly say I have never, ever had a bad meal. The food is always fresh, healthy, great quality, and simply delicious. I love the mixture of fresh veggies and fresh fruit in her salads.

This is a photo of what I chose from the breakfast brunch buffet. Every thing tasted great!

They are just that committed to taking care of people, and it shows. The negative reviews here are hilarious! You can walk in wearing a tuxedo if you want to (if you do, definitely lead with that in your review because it definitely helps... uhhhh... set "context"). They'll still make you a great burger, but don't blame the locals if you feel out of place, or it drips yummy deliciousness on your Armani, or you had to wait a few minutes before they realized you don't know how to respect the busy staff of one enough to place your order at the bar if you're in a hurry. I think they have a staff of 30 or so, a Tesla Supercharger, and your "The Metropolitan" cocktail waiting at Red Robin back in town if you're into that sort of thing. If you're expecting heat lamp fast-food or a tour of the wine cellar, you might... ...you know what, fuck it, this review is getting way too long, you already got the idea, and I'd rather be at the Red Barn.

There are not a lot of other dining options in the area, so Fireside is a pretty easy choice. The food is just OK. Definitely stuff that is mass-produced and heated on-site. Prices are mercifully low, so one doesn't feel as though they've been ripped off. There is a big selection of non-alcoholic beverages, which I appreciated. The real standout here was the friendliness of the staff. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There was a band playing during my visit, and they seemed to be as "bar band" as bar bands get. I was the only person who applauded after each song, which was weird to me. I'd have hoped that staff, at least, would have applauded as well.

Over the last few months, I've stopped in for a beverage and sometimes an appetizer. The fireplace…read moreis cozy and the atmosphere comfortable and live music nightly. In the last couple of visits, though, it's different. My past history here prevents me from giving it a 2-star review. I know there has been a management change, and it shows. Some of my favorite staff have departed, seeking greener pastures. The reason for this review now is my most recent purchase ... a $17 glass of Pudding River Pinot Gris. When I found out the price as I cashed out, I felt robbed. I can drive less than 9 miles away and buy a whole bottle for $25. My previous glass of wine that evening was an $8 chardonnay from another local winery. I figured the Pinot Gris couldn't be much more than the Chard, especially one from Pudding River, which I've personally visited so I know their bottle prices. So, before you buy anything at the Fireside Lounge, ask the price. Don't be surprised (aka robbed) as I was.
