Trevor was recommended to us by a friend of the family to help us relocate from Denver to Seattle. Not an easy task, especially considering we were on a quick timeline for a new job and leaving our hometown with an infant daughter in tow. From the beginning, Trevor was SO available, honest, thorough, and no-nonsense with us. We trusted right from the beginning that Trevor had our best interest at heart. We relocated from the buyer's market that is the midwest and knew we needed someone top-notch for the ridiculous Seattle market. After dabbling a bit on our own, we began to focus on West Seattle and narrowed in on a few agents that seem to fit our needs. We interviewed multiple agents and jumped on the chance to work with Trevor. He's laid back and fun to work with, but completely professional. In our dealings with him, he knew exactly how to navigate this market and did it the right way. Trevor provided spot on advice of the current market and was able to tell us what we'd need to do to get a place. In looking back on our first meeting, Trevor's advice and evaluation of the market was exactly right. As we looked at houses, he knew how far we needed to go on a certain place, but had no reservations about opining on whether it was a good value. This candor really helped develop trust throughout the process. We trusted his advice and it thoroughly paid off! As we looked at houses all over West Seattle and the northern Seattle neighborhoods (Ballard, Crown Hill, Greenwood, Ravenna, etc.), Trevor was indispensable in providing his opinion on whether something was worth jumping on or not. When we finally found a townhouse we loved in Admiral (West Seattle), Trevor promised and then delivered results. We beat out five other offers, including all cash, and stayed under our max budget. We even utilized Trevor's recommended partners for financing and inspection (yes, Trevor was even able to keep in an inspection right!) and closed in about 3 weeks.
