He's happy and willing to share opinions and advice, but he'll support and guide you in whatever direction you decide. We were in a very hectic period while selling our house, and Kevin was awesome in helping out. He hired and organized landscapers, painters, and a staging service for us so we didn't need to lift a finger. His experience and approach best came into play when we reviewed multiple offers. He laid out the pertinent details of each offer and suggested various paths forward. Ultimately it was our decision, but his guidance and straightforward approach were super helpful. His negotiation style is great, he strives to put together a solid proposal and isn't interested in nitpicking the details (although if you really wanted to do that, I'm sure he'd oblige. But don't do that, listen to him and look at the bigger picture!). I keep hearing horror stories from friends and family about terrible real estate agents, which makes me feel so lucky we found Kevin. There's no bs to deal with, he's in it for the long game and knows getting the best outcomes for his clients is how he wins. We actually tried to buy with him a few years back, but he was selling the townhouse so he referred us to another agent for the final sale. So I unreservedly recommend him!

I don't think there are words that carry enough weight to describe Joey. I found myself in a…read moresituation probably similar to many people a few years ago: in a condo worth less than I owed, taking pay cuts at work due to economic slow down, a real estate market in the tank. I tried several times to take advantage of government programs, my mortgage holders programs, anything to get my mortgage restructured so I could stay in the condo but nothing came through. I was at the end of the road and had resigned myself to going through a foreclosure and trashing my credit for a long time. I told Joey my situation and she recommended we try and short-sale my condo, I was game for anything but very skeptical that it could get done because nothing was selling and the last unit that did sell was woefully low. I told her my reservations and worries and she told me to get her some information, not worry about it, and let her go to work. The process was slow at first but Joey was hustling on my behalf, pretty soon we started to get people trickling in and in a few months we had 4 offers stacked up ready to roll. As soon as I started to get my hopes up that I could get out of this jam the bank came back and said all the offers were too low and gave us the lowest number they would take. I was sure that was the end and I was sunk, Joey kept working on the bank and the buyers until she was miraculously able to get a buyer and the bank to the same number, unbelievable! Then we found out the condo building was too far behind on HOA payments to accept the buyers loan, again Joey came to the rescue and worked out a deal to get enough of the HOA's paid to make the percentages right. Joey was literally the light at the end of a tunnel for me and I am in debt to her forever. More importantly than being an awesome realtor Joey is a super person, honest, down to earth, and trustworthy. I will absolutely work with Joey again and always refer my friends and family to her.

My husband and I were in the market to buy a house in either Mercer Island, Bellevue, or Kirkland…read morebut we were living in San Francisco and were doing most of our looking using real estate apps. We knew that we were going to need an agent to help us because the apps are nothing compared to an experienced agent. We were in Seattle for 4 days to try to find a home that met all of our needs and Joey respected our crunch for time and our budget. We had our two little ones along on the tours for some of the days and Joey was able to help us juggle the kids, too! The tours: Joey had about 30 houses for us to look at in the areas that we were interested in so we were very busy. We had a wide range of sizes and prices so we got a good feel for what our money would buy. Joey didn't rush us one bit. We revisited a few homes once we narrowed our options down and we spent a fair amount of time looking, talking, and looking again. I appreciated the fact that Joey allowed my husband to fully talk over each house and did not insert her opinion until we asked; she kept all of her replies based on resale and the value of the property. Very objective. The offer: Joey was able to very quickly get a home inspector on the property that we decided to make an offer on which was important to us because we had to move fast as others were pre-inspecting the house. We bought in December so that may have something to do with it, but I feel like she treats people well so when she calls, they try to accommodate her. The inspector that she recommended was very thorough and found items that resulted in Joey suggesting that we offer less than asking on a house on Mercer Island. I was nervous about offering less, but Joey read the situation correctly and our offer was accepted. She is a strong negotiator. She looks all sweet on the outside- don't be fooled by that! All of this happened within our 4 day visit. It was a great feeling to fly home to San Francisco knowing that we had an offer accepted on a home. Financial Stuff: Joey recommended that we use Caliber Loans. They are quick, thorough, and well-regarded. (We did come pre-approved so that step was taken care of and made the buying process much faster). Long-Distance Relationship: Joey was very quick to communicate by email, phone, or text whenever we had any questions. Caliber Loans and Joey both sent all papers using Verisign and it was easy to close even though we were in California. She sent our keys overnight with some goodies for the girls (which they loved!). She helped us find a landscaper to keep the property clean until we move in, researched an issue with our new neighbor about a tree in our yard, and she continued to respond quickly to any and all questions that we've had. She has been AMAZING! If you are living out of state and are looking to buy, call her. She makes everything so easy. I know that when we go to sell this house and then buy our next one, Joey will be our realtor.

All I had to do was review and approve quotes. Both Molly and Scott bring valuable experience in commercial real estate and marketing, which really sets them apart. They have a great eye for what makes a home appealing to buyers and know how to position a property for sale. My biggest priority was selling my home in a timely manner, and they absolutely delivered. I first met with them about a month before listing, and they accomplished everything needed to get the property market-ready within that timeframe. We received an offer within just three days of listing, and the home ultimately sold for more than I ever imagined possible! The entire process was seamless, efficient, and far less stressful than I expected, especially given that I was managing the sale from out of state. I cannot recommend Molly and Scott highly enough. Tyler came through - and then some. I felt very assured and confident that my interests were taken care of, that Tyler didn't need me to PM him because he was already on the ball, and I could relax and let him walk me through the home purchasing process (and it was my second time through it). Here's the kicker. At the time of my home purchase, I had accidentally sprained BOTH my ankles (yes, literally, both ankles, sprained badly, long story) - and was very immobile. Tyler walked my dog a couple times, and (the best part) even literally hand carried me into the signing of the papers and escrow, too (because I could not walk). Yes - now that is commitment. Recently, when I was considering doing a refinancing on my home, Tyler was quick to respond to my inquiries and did a market analysis for me, too. He's not only about the dollar signs and sale - and as a result, a real meaningful friendship has grown over the past five years I've known him - from events, to parties, to business introductions, to meeting significant others, and checking out cool new eateries. He's played an important part of my life - and will continue to in the future. Loyalty, trust, and respect are key values you'll find with Tyler.

My husband and I were using another realtor for a few months from March to June 2015 and while he was fine, he was just fine. He didn't go above and beyond, didn't grasp what we wanted, and was a little too opinionated. In the fall of 2015 we resumed our house search and started interviewing other realtors. Tyler was a referral to us from a lender (who we didn't even use) and we met with him in November to see how he was. We walked out of the meet and greet with our minds made up. Due to Tyler's guidance and close connections in the industry, we were immediately successful in our house hunt and our first offer for one of the highly coveted Fort Lawton brick homes in Discovery Park was accepted just before Christmas. My husband and I then started having second thoughts and we backed out. From November through May, 100+ house viewings and three offers later, we finally found a charming Queen Anne craftsman on a hill of ivy and birch trees. We adore our new home and we couldn't have done it without Tyler. We highly recommend him.
