This hoa company said someone is breaking in to the locked pool room that only the pool man has the key to. That is why they can't fix our pool for many many months. They blamed everything on previous board members and companies and said we are broke now. They fired us shortly after a whole building burnt down. We got no answers. Run from this company. When we were asking questions at hoa meeting she kept saying i have 5 other communities i have to worry about. Finally i asked if she was having issues handling that. When i went in to get a pool key. They said i had to put in a request. When i asked if they had a paper request the lady got rude and aaod no. I asked to speak to dawn and she said i should have just called. They both started getting nasty so finally i was like yall need to work on your customer service i just want to get a key and have my portal fixed. Thier is no one to complain to. I left a letter for the owner and no return. If you like working with super rude people and people that cant help cause they have other communities then you found your nightmare of a place. I was recently fined 25$ for a handful of sticks in my front yard. It was such a small amount of sticks that it fit in my palm. They never took into consideration the amount of wind we experienced that day. Worse yet I was recovering from a stroke and enjoying the wind outside. First of all, I hate the idea of HOA's in general because I think it's absolutely asinine that a group of unknown bureaucrats can tell me what I can and cannot do with my home when I'm the one that pays the mortgage. That being said, Trestle Management Group is my first and only experience with an HOA so far I can say with total confidence that these people are a bunch of Nazi cunts. I mean that as offensively as possible. They have been fine happy over the smallest amount of weeds and when I finally told how ridiculous I think they are I got a very snide remark from the representative of the HOA telling me that the fines would continue to be assessed until I maintain my front yard in an acceptable manner. Yet when I pointed out that there are plenty of weeds around the common areas of the neighborhood that need to be pulled I got no response and have not heard from them since. I honestly don't know how this isn't considered extortion. I am required to pay a fee to these people just for them to fine me and tell me how my yard is supposed to look. I get no amenities other than a small public park near by no real customer service and if I don't pay them I get sent to collections or have to get the courts involved? Seems like extortion thats somehow been allowed to operate under the guise of "just wanting the neighborhood to look nice." Trestle management group can go fuck themselves. It was bad enough that we received a citation for our trash being out 24 hours late when in fact it was the week of Labor Day and our trash pick up was delayed by one day so it was in fact only out the day that it was picked up. As if that wasn't bad enough, today I received a citation in the mail for parking overnight in the street. Number one we don't even have enough vehicles to necessitate that, number two we have not ever done it, and number three the photo that they provided as evidence was not even a photo of our home. I am a homeowner in a community the manage and have been trying to work with them for the last few months. After months of fake politeness, I receive an email that showed me they were not reading anything I was voicing concerns about. The people that work for Trestle are rude, condescending and arrogant. They asked me to send documentation of proof to back my concerns and when I did, they didn't even bother reading it. It all went out the window. They claim they value the homeowners they "represent" but when the homeowners voice to many concerns they quickly change their tune. The absolute worst HOA management company that I've ever experienced. They are getting a ton of one-star ratings for a reason (Unless you are on their payroll. Then they are getting a five-star rating). They keep raising monthly HOA rates while their customer service and ethics are highly questionable. On top of that, they also harass and intimidate people. The most recent incident was for a little garden hose, which I have in the corner of my front yard. Some idiot deemed it noxious and offensive and in violation of Section 5.4 of the HOA policy. BUYER (AND ESPECIALLY RENTER) BEWARE!! Sincerely, this may be the worst property management company in the Valley. Allow me to elaborate... I have lived in this community for three years as a tenant. The homeowner is in another state and typically prefers that I handle any issues with the house. I have reached out for months to try to get movement on a potential health hazard in the neighborhood. After numerous calls I finally got to speak to Dawn Feigert. She was immediately defensive, abrupt and condescending. Not only would she not apologize for her tone, but she also would not apologize for the months of multiple phone calls, where no one told me that I needed to handle it with the homeowner, and that they did not have to speak to me. I asked her if she would consider apologizing for the lack of communication and she ignored my request. She literally refused to apologize to someone living in a community she is responsible for managing. There is no level of responsibility she would accept for any of my concerns in the community. They are more than willing to issue "courtesy notices" and fines for any issues on your property, but I have included photos from the common areas in the community. These were all taken in the last 30 minutes. I have additional pictures from several months back that show some of the same debris, exactly where it is today. I'm not certain what the money goes to, but it isn't quality, considerate staff at this organization nor does it appear to be them keeping up their end of the bargain in maintaining the common property areas. read more

Trestle HOA Management Re: Las Brisas, 750 E. Northern Ave, Phoenix Shawn Mason, Property Manager at Trestle HOA Management for Las Brisas, has been unresponsive to weekly and now daily requests for access by the unit owner. We still do not have a community (pool) key after 5 weeks of continuous requests. We are now we are being lied to on a daily basis. We were told 4 weeks ago the key was "in the mail." We were told 3 weeks ago another key would be mailed out. Last week we drove a 70 minute drive to the Trestle Glendale office and picked up a key, and that did not work. Thursday I called Karen Medeiros about it and she promised someone would physically drive to the complex with a key, test it and put it under my unit's mat. When that didn't happen, we called Karen Medeiros and she promised it would be done on Saturday. It is now Monday March 25 and we still have no key. I spoke to you requesting a working key on FEBRUARY 15, 2024. IT HAS NOW BEEN 5 WEEKS AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY FACILITIES. read more

If you're looking for a family-friendly neighborhood, don't buy in a neighborhood managed by Trestle. We put down a deposit on a lot, THEN later received a copy of the CC&Rs (which we have no record of getting at all but I assume we did at some point). Not even thinking there would be an issue with a nice, all weather playground (not cheap you know) we put one up. Neighbors claim they are aok with it and yet the HOA is giving us 30 days to get rid of it. Well height restrictions on a play structure is a max of 8 feet per the CC&Rs. (Also doesn't matter that our yard is sunken by 1-1.5' below the fence line)... Sorry kids, this Trestle managed neighborhood doesn't set up play parks and guess what, only toddler play sets or crappy metal swings are allowed. After copious build issues during Covid and now this. You think you're buying into a family-friendly place where you can have a top quality play structure in your own backyard????? Think again. Trestle fails to regularly address homeowner service requests for Aire in Scottsdale. Service requests submitted via a Trestle community portal are marked as "completed" before any work is initiated. His unprofessional behavior trickles down to his employees. They visit our property 1 time each month which is not adequate to enforce CCRs. They do not enforce the CCRs as written and selectively enforce CCRs depending on the direction of members of the HOA Board which consists of individuals looking out for their own interests and not the best interests of the community. Worst HOA I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately it's also a home I bought, not rented. I wish I knew this before. I've actually considered selling my home because of them. I pay my fees weeks in advance and every other bill I pay is on time but every single month for all 3 years I've lived here they claim to not receive payment until after the 15th and charge me late fees. There are pigeon issues where they make noise on the roof by my vent and it echoes in my bedroom, no solution for 3 years. Yet they glued nest traps in my window ledges that I have to look at but the pigeons never ever have sat there. Unsightly and honestly trashy. There's constantly no parking for visitors and people illegally parked on red curbs, they do nothing about it. Randomly chain closed the pool we pay to access and don't tell us why. Locked up the public trash cans but only handed out keys during a weekday / school day so you have to pay to get one mailed to you if you couldn't come get it during a weekday and during work hours. The list goes on and on. This company is horrible. CROOKS. Worst HOA ever. I will be fighting them until the day I move and will suggest that no one ever buy a home here because of them. read more

I've owned my home for 10 years. No problems until our HOA gave control to Trestle Management. 8 months ago my bank made a mistake and sent my HOA payment to the wrong address. So now Trestle Management sends me a bill with a nasty note attached. I must pay immediately. Of course there is a late fee. I call. Maria refuses to help me sort it out. Tells me it's my problem and tells me I must send a check along with late fees. I'm back and forth with my bank and the HOA's bank. I am not an accountant. This is difficult for me to understand. I call Maria again and ask for help. I am told I should start paying by check instead of automatic payments or I can't be sure the payment will clear. I ask does everyone else pay by hand written check. She says yes they do or they pay through Trestle's autopay system. What? let them into my bank account?? So we go around again. My bank tries to send the payment again. It's refused. Now I'm getting bills for 2 months and fees. No matter how many times I call no one will help sort it out. Maria suggests I should pay twice a month. Once by hand written check and once by autopay to be sure one of them clears. Yep. That's what she said. I questioned her repeatedly and she insisted that was how I need to handle my payments going forward. Finally Sherry calls me . She know what went wrong. Acknowledges it wasn't my fault. We do agree my bank changed the address themselves. I have already figured that out with my bank and dealt with that myself. Now Sherry tells me I need to send my payment by a certain date to be caught up and remain current. That is wrong apparently and it takes another go round to straighten that out. I change the payment date again. Now I do start paying double every month to be sure I am current. After 4 months Trestle management sends a statement saying they owe me money. I call to say how I would like that returned but please, not in a way that will make my account behind. Imagine my dismay at having to deal with Maria again. She sounds unsure of what I mean. She says she has to wait for another payment to clear before she can send me any money. So Maria is under the impression I'm not paying my HOA fee. I call Sherry. I get a return message saying she understands I want to stay ahead. Why can't I be current? One payment. Every month. Not ahead, not behind. Doesn't everybody else get to do that? read more

What a great weekend in Copperleaf. The basketball courts were full of people playing. The parks had kids on slides and riding all the park toys. The driveways had adult and kids parties. All the "fun" I saw and was part of, had over 10 participants, not wearing masks, and people from different neighborhoods. So please explain how Tressle is not liable for any of this, yet a locked pool, that releases them all liability is still closed? This is proof positive that the pool remains closed ONLY out of spiteful decisions, and there is no liability bestowed upon our management company. read more

Wish there were zero stars. Changed bank account info for auto payment and it was still deducted in error. Asked them to refund the monies. Was told they had to make sure that it did come out of my account before they refunded me. Then they came back and said "Unfortunately the bank only shows the last four digits or the card, not who's the card is. If we were to issue a refund it would be to who is on the deed of the house. We aren't able to send checks to anyone else. If you are looking for a refund, it would be better to go to the person in the deed to get your money. " What??? He did not take the money out of my bank account? Why would he refund me? Since it was an auto deduct I can't dispute the charge. Totally ridiculous. read more

Our condo development had a major repair that resulting in us being assess about $4,600. We elected to pay monthly (with a fair rate of interest) vs. paying the entire balance at once. We communicated our intentions mailed TWO separate checks - each properly labeled: (1) regular monthly assessment; (2) SPECIAL ASSESSMENT. We received a friendly reminder that we were past due on the special assessment. I contracted them through their site and informed them that we made our payment - scanned copies of CLEARED checks. Then I called the bookkeeping department. I was told that the payments go to a lock box and that both payments were credited against our regular monthly assessment. I was also told that they would fix that. They gave a separate address where to mail the special assessments in the future. The next month, I mailed two check - one to "regular" address with monthly assessment and another check labeled special assessment with a remittance for I developed. I recently received a PAST DUE NOTICE stating that the entire special assessment was due - over $4,000! I contacted them through their site and asked that a supervisor handle this. Also requested written correspondence stating that we were not delinquent. Someone from the bookkeeping department called and spoke to my wife. The lady told us that they were working on the computer software to correct the problem and that we were not delinquent. People come & go, so my wife requested at least an email to us stating that we were never delinquent. The bookkeeper said that she could not do that without first speaking to her boss the next Monday after New Year's. Trestle knew about the special assessment for months. The fact that they did not plan out how they were going to handle the special assessment monthly payments is regrettable - but understandable. However, sending out delinquent and past due notices and not be willing to put in writing that we were neither past due or delinquent is unacceptable, We are assuming that we are not the only ones getting these annoying past due notices. read more

I have only had to speak with Davi a couple times about minor things and her attitude is so unprofessional and condescending, so I pray there won't be a case that is actually important. This company has such bad communication skills. I called a month ago and left voicemails and sent email communications with no response. I finally heard back from Misty today and when I say bad attitude and no apology for her one month later response, it's completely unacceptable especially as we have never had any issues paying any amount the HOA has presented to us. They send out violation notices with no description on what they're referring to so you're stuck playing a guessing game before you get another notice because guess what, they don't answer the phone or return your voicemails. I've talked to others in the neighborhood with the same issue. I would never recommend them to anyone and tell any neighborhood to shy away from them. If I could rate 0 stars I would. read more
