During my research, I also considered installing a tankless water heater to avoid dealing with vents altogether and obtained estimates for that option. Pablo offered to install a high-quality tankless at a reasonable price, while other companies suggested lower-quality units at equal or higher prices. A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue.
