So initially I called them back in 2020 and fixed up one of my toilets, then I called them on Thursday of January 4 2023 I needed them to fix the same toilet they worked on 2020. Stefani answer really friendly and told be as soon as possible she will return my call and send someone to my house but til today as of January 11 I haven't received a phone call back from her , i do not recommend this plumbing company anymore, they just tell you they are helping , but they lied. They cleared a clog a previous plumbing company couldn't clear!!! I've used them three times for various reasons...a pipe outside was about to burst, a leak in the bathroom, and clogged kitchen and laundry room sinks. They fixed everything first time around without issue. In fact, when it came to the clog, a previous plumbing company attempted to clear it a long time ago and couldn't but SL Rooter got it! I'm giving SL Rooter five stars for the following reasons. First, we had an issue where the drains were backing up late on a Saturday night. Rubin showed up inside an hour and had us up and running in no time. Then showed me the bigger issue by running his camera down the clean out some 65ft to where roots penetrated drain pipe. Here's where you go, oh crap (no pun intended) what's the cost of that? Rubin senior explained the process, tools they use and showed me a video. There was no digging up the yard or cutting up driveway and when done, you could hardly tell they had just ran 45 feet of pipe from the street to the house. Very pleased with the work, timing, professionalism and cost. I would highly recommend SL Rooter and Repair for any plumbing needs you may have. While selling our house our sewer line was inspected and it was discovered that it was clogged with large roots (meaning the line had openings), so large that they could not be hydro jetted away. It was much more complicated than that. We were quoted a price two thousand dollars more than Ruben. So obviously we went with SL Rooter. Ruben got rid of the roots, inserted a sleeve into the damaged sewer line and solved the problem perfectly. He also left our yard exactly as he found it before the massive digging began.
