The best dental office ever! I initially took my mom here right after she moved to the area because she was experiencing pain from an acute issue. Mandy was able to get my mom in quickly and I am so grateful she did. My mom, who is a senior, and who has had really bad. dental experiences her whole life, and has always been afraid of going to the dentist, was treated with love, respect, and warmth. I think my mom almost cried when she left because she could not believe how kind the entire team was to her. We went back for several follow up visits and the team only became more wonderful and caring. She literally looked forward to every single time she got to go because of their character and quality of care. After seeing this experience over the last few months, I switched to their office as a new patient as well. I had an incredibly wonderful visit, with everyone from Mandy at the front desk, to the hygienist to Dr. Tremblay. They truly care about their patients, provide all the information you need, and are truly one of a kind practice. I genuinely cannot recommend a dental office more highly. I'll admit, I was weary about new management/dentist but holy hell was there nothing to worry about!! I love the cleanliness of the office, knowledgeable and friendly staff (new and from Dr. Mann's time), text message reminders, up-to-date technology, and a dentist that you feel comfortable expressing concerns and knowing they're being taken seriously. After having been to a few bad dentists I can certainly attest to the fact that this place rocks! Dr. Brian Sohn is GREAT! He is young, professional and extremely relate-able. He doesn't give you that "I'm the dentist, you're the patient, this is what you're doing wrong" feeling. More so, you get the feeling that he would be a fun guy to hang out with. He is very gentle in his work and extremely proficient in ensuring that all work is completed in an efficient, well executed manner. I had him correct 2 fillings that were poorly done by another place (Gentle Dental, Everett Mall Way) and after all was said and done it was like he had never done any work at all (in a good way). The office is good. Nothing spectacular but everything is in the right place and clean and leaves you with a good feeling. The dental hygienists are extremely professional as well and do their jobs very nicely. All-in-all the staff is very friendly and professional, the facility is great, and this is by far the best dental experience I have EVER had. read more

This is going to be the FIRST 5-stars I've ever given to someplace that royally fucked my shit up. But that's kind of their job, isn't it? I've been in here 1...2...3 times now, for myself and Robot Jr. Sure, getting your teeth drilled and pulled and all that, isn't any fun, as both of us can attest to. But every single person here, from the girls at the front desk, to the assistants, to the guy who stuck about 22 needles in my mouth, is great. And not just great, like they say "Hi!" with a big smile and small-talk until their hands are wrist-deep in my mouth. I mean really great, like, I wanna invite them all over to my house for dinner and a movie night. The dentistry is perfect - as good as a not-that-fun hour can get... I think. I'm not an expert, but my teeth feel as good as they ever have, and that's all I can really ask for in that dept. But the employees make me want to come back. They're so nice... maybe they just really like me. Maybe they won't like you. Who's to say? If they don't, you can give them less than 5 stars. But you better watch out - because I'll be coming after you if that happens. Seriously, I like these folks. read more

I really like this clinic. I like Dr Brian. He is super nice.. .but my true love there.. not gonna lie.. its Jennifer- the assistant! OMG she is AMAZING. she is like myBFF from the minute I walk in till the minute I leave. She is super Awesome. I love talking boots, or undergarments and making Dr Brian turn beet red.. Whatever.. It has been a while since I've been to the dentist given a mouth issue that was brought on at my last dental appointment (not necessarily the fault of the dentist, but I will never go back to him). Anywho, I finally decided it was time to grow a pair and get my teeth checked out. I hopped on Yelp and read various reviews about various local dentists. I'm guessing the mystery of who I selected is not difficult to decipher. I arrived at the office and was greeted in a timely manner. The person at the front desk was busy handling a different customer, but someone else was at the ready to get me checked-in and started on the paperwork. Both of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I completed my paperwork and shortly thereafter (aka I didn't have to twiddle my thumbs) I was whisked away on my anxiety causing adventure. The end result...I found my new dentist. Both the dental assistant and dentist were very informative, easy to talk to, compassionate to my situation, and made me feel comfortable for my entire visit. Communication is very important to me and I was communicated with at every step in the process so I knew exactly what I was seeing or what was being done to me. THE BEST dentist experience... quite possibly THE BEST healthcare experience I have ever had! Came in for an assessment for a possible implant. Endodontist, Dr Mosquera, educated me well on the 3 options carefully detailing the steps for each. She laid out complexity, cost, and possible outcomes. Turns out, implant is unnecessary, more costly, and will likely yield no better outcomes ... most importantly, the procedure is the most complex among all the options. She educated me well through all 3 options. I left there an empowered healthcare consumer, happy with my choice of treatment plan. Thank you for your thorough and practical approach, Dr. Mosquera! The initial cleaning for a new patient is like 2 hours long. They don't tell you this until you get there so plan ahead. They spend most of the appointment telling you what they are going to do before they do it, like you have never been to a dental cleaning before. Their process is really inefficient so that is why it takes so long. Bottom line, there are better places out there, but they are pretty easy to get into if you need an appointment sooner rather than later. read more

Something tells me that the same Office Manager was made aware of this review on Yelp. We had an email exchange on 1 13 14 - almost a month after my email response to her (copied in original review below.) In her email sent 1/13/14, she said I had never replied and wanted to know if I would like to make an appointment. I said no, I had found a dentist. Another email from her asking me to give thgem another chance, I again replied no need, I had found a dentist. She emailed me this afternoon with this: "I'm glad to hear that you are happy with your current dentist. I happen to notice that you left a bad review on Yelp, may I respectfully ask you to take it down as we take great pride in all of our patients being satisfied and fully comfortable. I apologize for all miscommunication and that we were not able to schedule you an appointment! I hope you understand how important the reviews are to our dental office! I appreciate your understanding in this matter!" If you take great pride in all of your patients being satisfied and fully comfortable and reviews are important to your office - be a little more "customer service oriented." He and his staff are wonderful and truly for the first time I feel comfortable seeing the dentist I no longer have the fear of going in for my dental appointments. Dr. Brian Sohn is such a gentle, professional dentist. I am 63 and have had major work done in my lifetime. Trust me, this Dentist is one of the best I have ever had work on me! We are talking having 19 cavities and 4 wisdom teeth pulled the very first time I saw a Dentist in '68. I have had so much work done and this dentist I just cannot say enough about. He built up a tooth and put a crown on ... two other dentists said I had to have an implant. He did it. Had two more crowns done and they are beautiful and match the rest of my teeth. The other dentists said it would be $10,000. to fix my teeth. He did it in a fraction of the cost! And the work is the finest and superior to anyone else who has done crowns on me. I have 6 other crowns and they do not compare to these. Plus, he will do everything!!! to make sure you have no pain. Everything totally painless. Trust me, I have had pain and abscessed root canals through crowns that other dentists did not make sure they were ready for a crown to be put on top of. Drilled through the crowns! Not fun. Absolutely no problems with him and his work. Highly recommend him and all the girls that work for him are very professional and so friendly. Cannot say enough, guess I will stop now:) read more

This is a great place to go if you need general dentistry such as cleanings or an occasional filling. Dr. Sohn has an excellent bedside manner and is very very gentle. If you have more complicated issues or think you will need more sophisticated care, I wouldn't recommend this place. He ended up referring me for a root canal, a procedure he doesn't do, which is fine but I found his judgment lacking in his decisions about my teeth up until then, so I had a more difficult time and had to return several times in my work with him. read more

I did spend some time waiting but, as long as the staff recognizes that I am waiting longer than I should, and offers an apology, I am all good. I was very lucky to find sunrise dental. I cannot even begin to explain what a difference they have made in my life. I am a 52 year old woman with an extreme fear of dentists. Had not been to dentist in years. The damage to my teeth was not fixable. Ended up having all my teeth pulled and purchased dentures. Dr Brian and his staff are AMAZING. They never made me feel self conscious or embarrassed. Everyone was so caring and gentle. (Which is important to someone like me who has a fear of dentists) It has taken a few visits (some when I called last minute) to get my dentures to fit "just right" but today I am smiling bigger than I have in 10+ years. I went to this office only a couple times as it was close to where I was living. The staff was very friendly and the dentist was very professional. It made the dental experience enjoyable if that is possible. I moved and am no longer able to go to this office. I will make sure to look for another Sunrise office near my new home. read more
