Amanda explained the charges thoroughly and she is warm, communicative, and professional. Dr. Lowe is the best! He is caring, knowledgeable, and truly excellent at what he does. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure the patient feels comfortable. He also has to be the fastest and most expert oral surgeon I've ever seen. He had two extractions to do for my mom and she was in and out in less than 30 minutes with almost no swelling, minimal pain, and very smooth healing. He's a unicorn! My daughter has a lot of anxiety around the dentist from some awful past experiences, but Dr. Lowe and his team put her right at ease. We will take her in soon to have her wisdom teeth out. Dr. Steen provided a very detailed, matter-of-fact presentation that was thorough without wasting time for either of us. I tend to show up early for everything, and they never kept me waiting. In fact, I was usually in and out before my scheduled appointment time! The implant procedure itself was amazing. I was in and out in under an hour, and the pain was minimal--only requiring one dose of ibuprofen that afternoon. They explained everything in great detail and walked me through the images to make sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. This level of care, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service is very rare in healthcare these days.
