BIGGEST JERKS IN TOWN. The main guy who seemed to be the manager was condescending and very insulting right off when we asked the 1st question. He was very ignorant on fixing their own brand of bikes too. Baffling experience to put it mildly. We went to Ride MORE Bicycles and their mechanic was right there to immediately check our bike out and actually knew exactly what was wrong with our bike and why it happened. Customer service was second to none. Their selection for bikes of all kinds and accessories was very impressive. Don't waste your time with Trek Pensacola. read more

Robbie and George are excellent. I'm new to biking and they walked me through purchasing without trying to upsell while also keeping me informed on my options. Any time I have an issue they explain it happliy, fix it with no hassle, and lead me in the right direction on preventing the issue in the future. Most friendly staff and owner I have encountered in a bike store! I took my bike in to have some adjustments made. The friendly guy behind the counter took my bike, put up on his little work space where the wheels would rotate and went to work. He hopped on, took it for a little spin, came back adjusted my seat and tweaked it all out, smiled and turned her over to me and said "Have a great time riding!" When I asked how much I owed, he said "Nothing today ma'am, it was just a simple adjustment." Now, I do buy my bikes and bike supplies from them, but not this particular bike. I was dumbfounded. New to Pensacola and needed brake pads for my old mountain bike, which turned out to be a lot cheaper than Amazon or other online sellers. Robbie (sp?) and George were extremely knowledgeable and gave me excellent tips for my old style cantilever brakes with no sales pitch or attitude. This is our new go-to place for bicycle parts, service, and possibly bike upgrades for my family. Highly recommend. read more

Gives a maintenance program for a brand new trek which is great if it's not your main form of transportation. Put my bike on the rack just to tell me it would be a week. It would be great if you'd have a sign that says please make appointment for maintenance. Bought a 30 dollar tire felt flat all the way home came home to find it half full. The lack of training of endangering a customer, and to comaplin to the owner and felt like he could care a less of having my business. To have the biggest name and bring it down is a special kind of people. My advice work on your own bike for your safety instead of coming here. read more

This place is wonderful. They encouraged a test ride. They knew the details about their bikes and they went above and beyond when something went sideways. I managed to make it out of the store without the charger for my new e-bike . They delivered not only the charger but some lagniappe. Some measures taken to spread out customers but I'm not interested in asking a salesperson or mechanic for help if they aren't even willing to wear a mask.
