We walked out with a new tire in a box as they would not be able to do it until the next day. That'd mean another round trip back. There was no scheduling an appointment for another day either with out leaving the bike for several days. This is what a LBS shouldn't be. IMO We've had bike shops in various locations across the country bend over backwards : from delivering a new wheel to us, replacing a spoke on the spot, diagnosing and updating a software issue along with dozens of other minor and major problems our group has had over the years.
