Been patronizing this business for 15 years. Evidently, they have new owners and their service has also changed. Had a bike tube replaced,d and in the past it would run about $25. Went in the other day and told them to replace the front bike tube, and what a shock that it came to $55. They justified it on labor rates. They also charged us $20 just to have the brake checked, which we never asked them to do. If they had asked us, we would have told them we just had a professional bike tune-up a few weeks ago. These people are horrible, BUYER BEWARE! read more

My chain broke. A friend and her husband took it to the shop. Then she told me to call because there's 22 bikes ahead of me and I'd like to go see parade and then a few days later, she told me it's time to get bike. She showed me how to ride back by driving the way there that I should be riding back if I chose the road instead of state park. 11 miles but then I ride more for nearly 18 miles. Then the next morning, I went to ballyhoo then onto bike shop to buy phone holder, basket, bell and light read more

Friendly staff and good location. Just be sure to get a confirmation on repair timing and costs associated with it.

I had an excellent experience on a one day road bike rental from this shop. I was looking to get some good miles in while vacationing at the Lodge at Gulf State Park, but had left my own bike at home. I didn't have a reservation, just walked in off the street and Katherine (sp?) met me and cheerfully determined what I needed. She got me set up with a shiny red Trek Dominae. She put on pedals and adjusted the seat height to perfection. Twenty five minutes later I was on my way! Katherine also had helpful tips on paths to ride depending on the wind direction and garbage trucks. I rode from the Park to Ft Morgan on the Ft Morgan Highway. It was 47 miles round trip and a treasured memory! Returning the bike was incredibly simple, too. I'm very thankful for Infinity Bicycles for helping me make that happen. read more

Lost a clip on my wife's helmet's chin strap and stopped in because it was close to us this morning. We were fortunate to collaborate with Katherine. She was kind, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. I was very impressed with her knowledge of helmets and decided to buy a new Bontrager Wavecell. We highly suggest working with her and would be happy to use this shop on a regular basis if we lived nearby. read more

Great Customer Service. While vacationing in the area, my 2 year old Trek Townie 7D E-bike decided not to turn on. I took the bike in Thursday and on Friday they had run tests that were inclusive. The team there put their heads together and brainstormed a solution: a new controller which they surprisingly had in stock. Small diagnostic fee and a very reasonably part price and I was on my way. They had at least 4 if not 5 techs working on bikes plus 3 or 4 sales people working the floor. It looked like they have a ton of new bikes and lots and lots of accessories. Would highly recommend. read more

Truly one of the best bike stores you'll ever encounter. Great customer service with genuine bike experts.

Was told by their repair person one of our bikes needed an overhaul snd new cables - it didn't. Was told that our other bike needed a rebuild or new hub that would be $70 plus $35 labor and with the very next sentence the total became $225 for just that bike Girl at counter was very nice and helpful However, Run screaming !!! read more

Popped in for an air pump. They were very busy, but someone acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and let us know they'd be happy to assist us as soon as able. A very knowledgeable and kind young lady helped this novice cyclist navigate the choices. She steered me away from a mini-pump, whew, was she right. The pump she recommended was perfect. This was a first visit to a bike shop in several years. The last bike shop I visited was Schwinn bike shop over 40 years ago. Needless to say a lot has changed since then and I was pleased to find a top notch shop like Infinity with qualified technicians eager to help. We took in a bike that we recently purchased at Academy. Nothing seemed adjusted and the front wheel was not true. Infinity went over it from top to bottom, and took care of all the adjustments including straightening the front wheel. I would not hesitate to return to this store again. Highly recommended. read more

Pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will continue to use them for any bike repairs, etc.

Was in the area and thought I needed a new chain. They measured it and told me I still had life in that one I had. They could have upsold me but did not. I had great service with their store in Daphne and was thankful they had another in Orange Beach. The store had a ton of inventory and a very knowledgeable staff. Great shop, friendly, knowledge, no sales pressure and quick service. We stopped in to look at bikes while we are at the state park. We were able to test ride the bikes and came back after we decided what we wanted to do. Bought 2 Trek bikes, a carrier and a few accessories. The have an great selection of bikes and accessories. We were out of there in no time. We have been back once to pick up a lock and have them make an adjustment to our carrier, again the service was outstanding. We will be back that's for sure.
