Been patronizing this business for 15 years. Evidently, they have new owners and their service has also changed. Had a bike tube replaced,d and in the past it would run about $25. Went in the other day and told them to replace the front bike tube, and what a shock that it came to $55. They justified it on labor rates. They also charged us $20 just to have the brake checked, which we never asked them to do. If they had asked us, we would have told them we just had a professional bike tune-up a few weeks ago. I had an excellent experience on a one day road bike rental from this shop. I was looking to get some good miles in while vacationing at the Lodge at Gulf State Park, but had left my own bike at home. I didn't have a reservation, just walked in off the street and Katherine (sp?) met me and cheerfully determined what I needed. She got me set up with a shiny red Trek Dominae. She put on pedals and adjusted the seat height to perfection. Twenty five minutes later I was on my way! Katherine also had helpful tips on paths to ride depending on the wind direction and garbage trucks. I rode from the Park to Ft Morgan on the Ft Morgan Highway. It was 47 miles round trip and a treasured memory! Returning the bike was incredibly simple, too. I'm very thankful for Infinity Bicycles for helping me make that happen. read more

Great Customer Service. While vacationing in the area, my 2 year old Trek Townie 7D E-bike decided not to turn on. I took the bike in Thursday and on Friday they had run tests that were inclusive. The team there put their heads together and brainstormed a solution: a new controller which they surprisingly had in stock. Small diagnostic fee and a very reasonably part price and I was on my way. They had at least 4 if not 5 techs working on bikes plus 3 or 4 sales people working the floor. It looked like they have a ton of new bikes and lots and lots of accessories. This was a first visit to a bike shop in several years. The last bike shop I visited was Schwinn bike shop over 40 years ago. Needless to say a lot has changed since then and I was pleased to find a top notch shop like Infinity with qualified technicians eager to help. We took in a bike that we recently purchased at Academy. Nothing seemed adjusted and the front wheel was not true. Infinity went over it from top to bottom, and took care of all the adjustments including straightening the front wheel. I would not hesitate to return to this store again. Was in the area and thought I needed a new chain. They measured it and told me I still had life in that one I had. They could have upsold me but did not. I had great service with their store in Daphne and was thankful they had another in Orange Beach. The store had a ton of inventory and a very knowledgeable staff. We were able to test ride the bikes and came back after we decided what we wanted to do. Bought 2 Trek bikes, a carrier and a few accessories. The have an great selection of bikes and accessories. We were out of there in no time. We have been back once to pick up a lock and have them make an adjustment to our carrier, again the service was outstanding. We will be back that's for sure.
