The seat post on my bike was worn out and would not stay up, I discovered five miles away. I just dealt with it by stopping every half mile to re-clamp it. When I returned the bike the next day, the tech came out and confirmed the problem, but when I asked for a partial discount, the cash register hag refused and laughed in my face. read more

Brought a couple bikes down to use during our week at the beach and to use on the state park paths across the street. One bike had a flat tire. Took it in to repair... they unloaded and had fixed/reloaded into vehicle all within 10 min. and for only $10.00. Awesome service and very friendly. read more

stopped by to get a few things while in town (spare tube, energy gummies, Nuun, chain lube, etc.) and they had everything needed. looked like a solid spectrum of bikes too, from road the cruisers, and the gent behind the counter was quite kind. will be back if I need anything else. great location, close enough to Perdido yet easy enough for the Orange Beach crowd. read more

All bicycle shops have that one person that half-assed their job or expect you to know all the right lingo and if you don't they belittle you Well today was no different. Took my wheels to have my spokes aligned and tightened. These wheels are of a 70 y/o bicycle that is being restored. It started off with them trying to align or whatever it is with the spokes. She stopped and said they were so bad they couldn't do it unless the bike was up there. We'll that isn't something I can do. That is when another person said go ahead and do it anyways. I should have stopped them there but didn't. There where a few spokes extremely loose and left loose on purpose by her. Said she would have to do something different. Well I expected to have them fixed right. The whole reason I took them to a bicycle shop lol. Also the hub bearings were loose and she obviously didn't want to fix that either. Said it would be more money, like I cared. I said I could if I had to and " if you have the skill, do it" she said. What a joke $44 later and I'm left with basically what I walked in the shop with. All I wanted was my wheels to be true. No matter the cost. They shouldn't have done it if they couldn't do it right. read more

While trying to ride bikes during our stay at Orange Beach, I blew a dry rotted tire and broke a brake lever. These guys replaced the tire, trued up a nasty looking rear wheel and replaced my brake lever and wire while we ate lunch. Friendly people, great looking inventory. Hard to beat their service!! read more

I purchased carbon wheels from a friend in Sweden, and had the folks in Orange Beach install tubes, tires, and my cassette on the wheels, and install on my Diamondback Podium. As always, they did a great job, and I am loving my upgraded ride. During the slower time of winter, I take our bikes by for a yearly tune-up, and they always come out like new. read more

I'm writing my review for my experience from Infinity Bicycles in Orange Beach, AL on 02/02/2020. I was notified in a voice message that my brand new bicycle, was ready was to be picked up and their hours of operation. I figured it would be best to walk to the store and pick it up, on my hour lunch break and ride it back to work. This would further allow me to break in my new bike and test its capabilities and function. Upon arriving at the store the open sign, was turned off. I had arrived several minutes after 4 pm. I opened the door explained my mistake. Fortunately Katherine instead of turning me away, and telling me to come back tomorrow. Not only did she allow me to take possession of my new bike. She sold me a head light and tail light, that I absolutely needed. She explained to me the service requirements and wrote a schedule down for me. Visiting orange beach has been great, made even better because of the service at this business. When I went in to buy handle bar extenders, the owner, I am guessing, explained they wouldn't work on my bicycle. He then took time to rig my bicycle's handlebars so I could enjoy the rest of my time riding trails on the gulf coast! And the price was right! read more
