If I could give 10 stars I would! Alex has a wonderful mastery over bicycles. He's tenacious and…read moredoes not give up when it comes to a repair. We brought our e-bikes to him. One needed repair and clean up (badly) and one was new and needed set up. The one that needed repair just would not give up its secrets. The battery would not work, the chain and all of the joints were rusty and almost every connection was bent. Alex worked with the bike for only a week and a half and found the secret! We had a secondary battery but he took off the cap to where the connections were and cleaned the rust and water. He got the battery to connect and gave all the rusty parts an acid bath (where appropriate) wash. Reconnected the chain and coordinated the movement with the electric gear shaft on the handle bars. He also "unbent" all the roughed up parts. It was a completely different bike than what we brought him. We had assembled the new bike but Alex checked it over and found some issues that we wouldn't have known about and fixed those. Even though it was a new bike we wanted the peace of mind before we rode it and I'm so glad we did. Alex is extremely responsive and reliable. Most bike shops are a long wait to even be seen but we got in right away and he had everything done in no time. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I will definitely give him my business and everyone else should give his business a try.
