I ordered an iron set on Friday August 10th and paid for 2 day shipping. I knew they would not get…read morethe order until Monday morning but their site said orders processed same day if before 1 pm. I received no update on my order or a tracking number by Tuesday. I called their customer service who could not confirm the status because the clubs were being shipped from 1 of their retail stores, which was now closed for the day. I was told I would be updated by email on Wednesday. I received an email from customer service who told me the clubs were being shipped to me overnight and I would have them on Thursday. I was thrilled that it appeared they goofed up my order but were going to make it right by upgrading me to overnight shipping. Got home from work Thursday afternoon and no clubs. I called customer service back. Was told that the retail store that was supposed to have the clubs in stock actually didn't. The clubs were located at another one of their retail stores. Was told it was noted to ship them overnight but most likely they were shipped out on Thursday not Wednesday as I was told earlier. He was also not able to give me a tracking number or even confirm that the clubs had been shipped out because the retail store didn't update the system and were closed for the day. I was told to call back Friday morning to see if a tracking number was available. So if I'm lucky I'll get my order 2 days later than I should have. I am skeptical they will arrive on time or if I'll be here to receive them since I had planned to leave town (which is why I paid extra for 2 day shipping). I should have paid the cheaper ground shipping charge so I would not have expected my clubs and be so frustrated. It looks to me like their website may not be accurate and up to date with what they have in stock and they do not have a solid communication system to process orders. Now having said that. If you want the lowest prices they were $50 cheaper for my clubs than I could find anywhere else. Most of their prices are competitive. So if you are not in any rush to get your order and their price is lower than elsewhere you will probably be happy with them. If you do make an order, make sure to call the next business day (early in the day) if you didn't get a tracking number via email. I failed to do so (although I shouldn't have to) and no clubs. If you call and keep on them you may have better luck.

Had it less than 48 hrs it broke down they had it for over 3 months before I got it back and seats were all stained up and still didn't work right. After giving me every excuse and run around they couldn't and getting no results went to trade it in on a side by side and couldn't bc the carts vin doesn't match the frame vin and to make it better after having another place look it over the whole cart besides the battery and motor were all 2020 not 2025 like he told me. Rick Smith sold me a used golf cart for my mother and assured me that the cart would run about 23 mph and he would take care of everything. After paying $3800 for the cart, Smith said he would meet my mother at DMV to register the cart. After numerous delays, the cart was finally delivered but only would run 12 mph. After 1 1/2 years of hearing every excuse and lie Smith could make up, the ordeal ended with Mobile Police Officer assistance in forcing Smith to return the golf cart after it was finally repaired by an actual golf cart repair shop in MS. I would not purchase anything from this business ever again. What seemed like a fair deal turned into a horrible deal as I continue to repair the golf cart to this day. I asked for my money back numerous times during the ordeal. One of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing anything.

Landon takes his time and is brand agnostic which is very helpful. Fitting comes down to feel and numbers and Landon is methodical in his fitting approach. While the pricing is higher than most, I have returned to Club Champion based on my experience and the professionalism exhibited by Landon.
