Jack took the time to work with her to fit her properly , answer her questions and worked to get her into clubs that worked fantastic for her. I bought some ping irons three weeks ago and I couldn't play with them to me. They were horrible. Talk to Travis who is the manager asked him what my options were. He said bring them on back. I can get my old ones and he also gave me my money back. I definitely recommend these guys. They have a lot of clubs in there and they also have a great abundance of different style clothing but everyone in there was friendly, courteous professional and I super appreciate that. I've been to this store a few times before and they have a nice, large selection of new and used golf clubs and equipment. The prices are not "outlet" prices but it's a good store with helpful staff. My complaint is their website. It's not a website for that specific store, just a link to golflink.com which seems to be a very broad website of all things golf. But no information on this store or any help with what this store has as available inventory. They should invest in a real website. read more

Our team member Will was super helpful! For months, we have been struggling to find a place with a good selection of BOTH mens and womens golf shoes. We were just tourists on vacation checking out the area, and ended up leaving with a new pair of shoes, gloves, and even swung some clubs! This place is fantastic with really good deals and a wealth of knowledge. The owner is a very nice guy and the staff is very attentive and awesome as well. Wow what a great experience! Took a club in to have new shaft installed to lengthen by 2", the technician was able to lengthen the existing shaft at a fraction of the cost while I waited! Was able to browse while I waited, the store has an awesome selection of new and used clubs at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this business! read more

It's clear this place does not want money. I went in 5 minutes before close because for some strange reason they close at 5. So anyway I was ready to buy a couple pairs of golf shoes, balls and who know what else but I was pretty much thrown out. So I will just order my things online from another company. I had to come all the way to Florida to find women's left-handed petite clubs! I couldn't find any in stock in the golf shops around me in California! Custom ordering online wasn't a good way to go either. I visit my snowbird parents every year in Destin, so I looked at the golf shops around them in hopes of finding clubs. Finding left-handed women's clubs AND petite is a near impossible find, but National Golf Outlet had 4 sets! That's 4x the sets than the place I bought my first set 19 years ago! I walked in and asked to see the left-handed women's clubs. They had one petite set. It was the 2021 Tour Edge Lady Edge. One inch off the staff. The other sets were standard length and didn't have as many clubs. I was able to take the clubs in the back and hit a few balls to get a feel. National Golf Outlet also shipped my clubs to CA for me. Since I wasnt going to be home for a week, they didn't ship until Friday. I received them Wednesday morning. It cost more than an extra bag on the airplane, but it was worth the convenience, especially since my regular baggage was delayed a day (long story). Plus the staff were great about staying in communication and letting me know the cost and when it was shipped. They also put covers on all the irons too for shipping, so I appreciate that detail immensely! It went through Fedex, and I'm actually surprised how fast it was considering it's FedEx. I was under budget for my clubs, so I bought a new pair of golf shoes! I have never seen a women's golf shoe selection that big. Pro shops are usually limited to like 3 pairs for women, but I tried on so many pairs at National Golf Outlet. I usually wear Adidas, but I loved the Sketchers. They were so comfortable and 20% off. They also have a huge selection of clothes. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for something specific and hard-to-find or if you just want some new golf gear. read more

Recommended by locals and read great reviews when searching online. My husband was looking for golf pants. The owner said he thought he had some, but doesn't sell many, so they weren't on the floor. He went to the back room twice while he was there, but could not find them. He asked my husband for his number so he could call if he found them. He called after they were already closed and offered to stay later if he wanted to come by. We couldn't believe the excellent customer service! I went back in with my husband and they have really great prices on their products. Sadly, only one of those pairs fit. My mother in law wound up buying herself a set of clubs and a whole lot more because of the prices and service. They also regripped my father in laws clubs while we were there for a reasonable price. You don't find service like this anymore. I highly recommend that you stop by for any golfing needs. read more

I'm starting with the service - absolutely outstanding. Very friendly, and the guy helped me one on one to find two pair of shoes. This is NOT part of the outlet stores, it's a stand alone store. I was looking for white leather shoes, and found them here. Prices are very good as well. I actually bought two pair of shoes, FootJoy and Sketchers for $125 (both). Ample free parking, and clean store. I can't comment on clubs, attire, or anything else, as I just purchased shoes. I highly recommend. read more
