Tree Santa has made Christmastime special for our household for many years and after discovering them, I've never thought to look elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned, they're Chicago's best of the best Christmas Tree service and deliver stunning trees year after year. They source them from top quality tree farms and select exceptionally graded trees (yep, a ratings scale actually exists for Christmas trees). We always end up with a fresh tree that is symmetrical, thick, and incredible from all angles, and thats been consistent year after year that we've purchased from them. They deliver straight to your door even if you're in a high-rise and for a little extra will set it up in the stand for you. The best part is that they also have an optional removal service so you don't get stuck pissing off your neighbors by trying to haul it to your building's dumpster and leaving a million needles behind you. Plus you get the feel-good factor of having them recycle the tree instead of having it go to the landfill! You'll never want to go back to a dumpy Chicago parking lot Christmas tree pop-up place again after using them. We're already looking forward to our next Tree Santa tree next Christmas! read more

I just had my tree delivered this morning and I am very impressed. The tree is fresh (check the needles), very full, the height I requested with a straight trunk. The delivery was great, within the window stated, friendly and very quick. They even shook the tree first outside to get loose needles off. I was hesitant to order and let someone else select my tree but this is far better than what I got last year from Home Depot, where the selection was awful, no staff could be found, then load it on the car and off again alone as a petite senior. This is a far better tree and a far better experience. This photo is just minutes after delivery. For those who don't know fresh trees well, the branches will relax over the first day and the tree will be even more full. Highly recommend Tree Santa. read more

What a great experience. I ordered my tree, it was delivered the next day by a super nice "elf," who moved some furniture to make room for the tree and set the tree up. The tree is beautiful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend! read more

These guys are fantastic! Came to take my 9 foot tree away and were in and out in 5 minutes. Did a great job communicating before hand, was spot on time, and super friendly. Will definitely use them in the future! read more

This is the only and BEST tree delivery service in Chicago. I have been using this company for the past three years. Not only do they provide prompt, speedy, courteous service, but their customer service is unmatched. I am so pleased every year with my selection even without seeing the tree where I know this is a company you can trust. Their trees are beautiful and my daughter loves to come home and see her tree from "TREESANTA." Look no further as I have not!!!! Best in Chicago hands down. read more

I signed up for tree pick up, and they no-showed twice and refused to refund my money. Please see the screenshots attached. This is beyond unprofessional and borders on harassment at the end. While I understand Covid causes delays, failing to call or text to say no one is coming, asking for a third reschedule, and giving me the finger when I say I'm not using their service pretty much sums up "unprofessional" for me. read more

Thanks TreeSanta! The tree arrived according to schedule and it's absolutely beautiful. The two TreeSanta helpers brought the tree inside. They were friendly and professional. Win-win! See you next year. read more

So far so good! We just got our tree delivered yesterday and the guys who dropped it off were great. They were on time, with prior notification of arrival window, and friendly. They gave us some tips on how to care for the tree and offered to clean up the fallen needles after the initial set up. Price was right, especially given that I didn't have to try and go transport one on my own. read more

The tree was a wonderful shape and very full. The delivery man did a good job of bringing the tree to my apartment and setting it up. Even cleaned up the needles and branches that fell off. My stand was too small for the tree, but he had a better one in his truck. It was all perfect. I will definitely order from them again next year. read more

Another great year with TreeSanta!!! I got my tree delivered last Saturday, it is so fresh and drinking plenty of water daily. Billy delivered my tree on time. HORRIBLE service. First time using and never, ever again. They deliver my 8 foot tree and won't put it in the stand because I didn't buy their tree stand, decorations or lights. So he drops the tree in my living room and leaves. I have NEEDLES everywhere in my elevator, hallway and living room. So I have to clean that or my condo will fine me. NOW i'm trying to find someone to help me put it in the stand - totally scrambling as I live alone. I even tipped the delivery guy - not even a thank you. Well hope the TreeSanta has a good Xmas because you've made mine a MESS literally. Oh and best part, the tree trunk is sealed and won't absorb water. So they cut it the night before. I would have paid more to have the delivery guy put it in the stand but he wouldn't do it. And the manager told me he didn't care! #poorcustomerservice read more

Omg. What a convenient service. Easy to set up delivery and the follow-through service was fantastic. Definitely order the tree with the pick-up service. You won't regret it. read more

I'm not sure what happened, but I ended up with a droopy tree. I've been checking the stand and adding water daily since it was delivered, so that's not the problem. I turned down the heat and cracked a window just in case the room was too warm, but that didn't help much. Most of the ornaments on the bottom half of my tree are sagging and resting on top of lower branches, and a few of the upper ornaments are doing the same thing. I've been rearranging ornaments every day for a few days now to try to make the tree look less sad and droopy. There was a minor scheduling mix-up that resulted in two delivery attempts that were several hours apart, and now I'm wondering if maybe that led to my tree being out of water for too long. I was also surprised by the number of green needles that dropped to my floor during setup, along with a few lower branches that snapped off, but that might be normal after being carried across town and up three flights of stairs. Other than this disappointing droopy-ness, I was very happy with the red hat delivery service. The delivery fellow was friendly and helped set the tree exactly where I wanted it. I'm grateful for the service because there's no way I would have had a full size tree this year without it. I just wish my tree was healthy and perky! read more

About the coolest thing ever for lazy and/or car-less urbanites at Christmas time. Hell, even if you have a car you should check this out. I live in a high-rise building and don't own a car, but wanted to spruce up my apartment for holiday visitors. 24 hours after selecting a 4-5 ft. tree from the website, I had a beautiful Fraser fir delivered to my apartment door, already balanced in the stand (available for purchase on their website). Completely hassle-free. Only $69.99 for the 4-5 ft tree and FREE delivery. Incredible. The delivery guy was super friendly and brought the tree directly to my door. I'm using Tree Santa every year. read more

Oh, for heaven's sake why wouldn't you use TreeSanta?!!! They have literally taken away all of the trouble involved in putting up a tree. A very pleasant person shows up--when promised--with an absolutely fresh, perfectly proportioned tree of exactly the height you ordered (and better than one I could pick out). He brings a tree stand, floor protection, and a tree skit, if you want, and puts up the tree for you. Then he does an amazing job of stringing the lights. All you have to do is the fun part--hanging the ornaments!! And sometime after Christmas, at the appointed hour, another nice person shows up, takes the tree away, and cleans up the mess! And the prices are great---exceptionally reasonable. I can't imagine going back to doing it all myself. TreeSanta is the real Christmas miracle!! read more

We LOVE Tree Santa! The service is ultra convenient and they deliver good quality trees. They are reasonably priced, especially if you don't have a car. They delivered our tree, set it up, cleaned up any debris. After the season, they removed the tree. Last year, we had a small problem with our tree and their owner Rhett was exceptional. Needless to say, TreeSanta is my tree guy from now on! read more

TreeSanta Chicago Christmas Tree Delivery - Solid 8 footer - Christmas Trees Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Excellent quality. Super fast next day delivery. Order at 8:30pm and received the following morning at 9am.

My first time ordering my tree from tree Santa was worth the service as they delivered it and set up my 7-8 feet fresh tree. I was more impressed overall with the convenience of their service not only being busy but most importantly the overall process of the service. I scheduled the tree to be picked up upon ordering the tree. However, I missed the pickup day and time. They were more than willing to accommodate me to pick up the tree immediately. In addition when my tree was picked up, the guy who picked up the tree was nice, took the tree out neatly and nicely and did not leave a mess. I will continue to order my fresh and tall trees from them and I would suggest others do so also. read more

For the past several years, I have ordered my tree online from another company. I placed my order in August, paid, and thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately, two days ago they informed me that they would not be able to fill my order this year. This is when I found Tree Santa. I ordered my tree online last night at 8:30 p.m and the tree was deliveref by 1:30 p.m. today (Sunday). The tree is very fresh and symmetrical. The delivery men were polite and walked the tree to my door dressed in their Santa outfits. The tree is more expensive than the cost of the tree that I would normally order. It is also smaller for the price. But overall, I would order again. read more

This is the 2nd year in a row we've used this company's services. We have them pick us a tree and usually get the red hat service and some add on's. They provide everything you can possibly need to keep your tree in tip top shape throughout the season on their site. They have delivered us great full and fresh trees every year. They come and set it up and also come and take it down. Extremely convenient when you live in the city. Their communication is great. There is nothing better than having a REAL tree in your home for Christmas. This company has been a time/life saver around the holidays. Their delivery team is also extremely nice. They never leave a mess. Will continue to use this company as long as I'm here in downtown Chicago. read more

Our family has been using Tree Santa for several years now and we've always been very pleased, both with their service as well as the quality of tress we've received. We typically go for the "Red Hat" service, which includes delivery, set-up (in the tree stand), and removal/recycling of the tree. All of the employees who have delivered trees to us over the years have been kind and courteous, and have gone the extra mile to make the Tree Santa delivery "experience" a special one for our young twin daughters (who were only 3-yrs old when we first began using Tree Santa...they just turned 8-yrs old last month). We plan to continue using Tree Santa as our go-to Christmas tree delivery service for as long as they are in the business. Keep up the good work, Tree Santa! read more

I would highly recommend TreeSanta if you live in the city, don't have a car, or don't want to carry a sizable tree home for 2 blocks and break your back the old school way! Money is always tight around the holidays, but I realized that I would be paying about the same price for a similar sized tree from the tree lot and the funnest part is then to have to drag it into my condo... why not have someone deliver the tree and have it secured on a tree stand for me!?? TreeSanta texted me in the morning to let me know about what time he will arrive. He was a few minutes late but was super nice and efficient. He was in and out in no time! I paid $65 plus tax for a 5 ft. tree. The tree was MUCH taller than 5 ft and opened up nicely after resting and getting some water. Smells nice too! read more

This was our first year ordering a tree from Tree Santa - we've always picked ours out in person, tied it to the roof of the car, dragged it in the house, etc. Never again! Our tree arrived today within 30 minutes of the estimated time and I couldn't have picked out a nicer one myself - it is really big, full, and fresh. My in-laws were visiting when it arrived and they agreed it was an incredibly beautiful tree. We will definitely go with Tree Santa again next year! read more

Tree Santa is a wonderful service and worth every penny. The gentlemen came dressed as Santa to deliver the tree and passed out candy canes to everyone in the house. They set it up and watered it. For removal they were also prompt and polite. I'll be using them again next year. read more

As the granddaughter of an American Christmas Tree farmer, I can say that this is as good as it gets in Chicago. Gorgeous fresh tree delivered as promised and hassle free. I will definitely use them again next year. The only complaint is that you don't get a fresh cut with the red hat service which I would expect. Very polite delivery man. read more

How genius is this? Nice guys showed up on time with a great tree. We added the red hat service (they actually wore those red hats), to set up our tree right where we wanted. I'm doing this every time. read more

I've purchased our Christmas Tree online from Chicago Christmas Tree for the past 4 seasons, and they always have a huge selection of trees on their website, so you can select your tree from home which is helpful for people with heavy work schedules or anyone living in a high-rise or big city. They are very friendly and send an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and you can reach them by email, calls or texts. They always send two people to deliver and set up the tree. They brought our tree yesterday and discovered our tree stand was too small for the tree, so they went back to get us a new stand and were back in 30" with a nice-looking tree stand. After setting up the tree, they completely vacuumed the rug and got rid of all the pine needles. I plan to use them as long as I live in Chicago and would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase their tree online. read more

The delivery was prompt and the tree was very high quality.

I am not someone who writes reviews but we had such a bad experience with this company and they did nothing to make it right so I felt I needed to warn others. They are impossible to get in touch with, they do not return phone calls or text messages. Upon removing our tree, they completely trashed our apartment leaving heaps of pine needles everywhere. I called the manager to report this but did not hear back of course. I also texted with the employee who left our apartment completely covered in pine needles and he did not apologize or try to make things right. Instead he continued to be extremely unprofessional and took no responsibility. We will be using City Tree delivery next Christmas. Avoid Tree Santa at all cost! read more

It's Sunday at 7:45 am and it's been snowing for about 20 hours. These guys showed up on time and had my tree wrapped and out of my house in less than 5 minutes. No joke. Fast, friendly, and affordable! I didn't get my tree from them this year because I didn't know they existed, but I will next year!!! Do it. It's the best $ you will ever spend. So here's the skinny. I drive a nice car, live at the top of a 4 flat, and am single. The idea of shoving a tree in my car than carrying it up the stairs is a bit much for me to handle. The idea that someone will come deliver and setup the tree for under a hundred bucks is music to my ears. No sap, tree mess, or any damage to my car is music to my ears. This whole outfit made the tree ordeal go away. My big concern was the tree would be inferior - but it ended up being a pretty solid tree. And best of all, they came back to get it after the season was over. I imagine if I had gotten to work earlier in life and had some kids like my mom's been bugging me to do, the whole 'santa' thing would have appeal. In any case, those with kids would appreciate the whole Santa slant. Anyhow, I really like how this small Chicago outfit took the pain out of getting the tree and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. Go treesanta! read more

If you want your tree delivered, set up in the stand, removed and recycled, TreeSanta is definitely the way to go! You don't get to pick your actual tree, but with a frasier fir, you can't go wrong. I am 66 years old and if you told tell me that I would buy my Christmas tree online this year, I would have laughed and thought it sacrilegious. Well, after hunting for our tree this year and finding no one nearby would deliver, I had to cave. My husband and I are at an age that schlepping a tree home was not an option. I went online and looked up Tree Santa and researched their options. I also spoke to them on the phone where they guaranteed I would be pleased with my tree. Jimmy came and delivered the most beautiful Frazier Fir I've seen, put in the stand and also set up the lights within minutes. All through the holidays guests commented on what a beautifully perfect tree we had. Some guests touched the branches because they believed the tree to be artificial. Today, Jimmy returned (1/6/17) to pick up my tree for recycling. The needles were still soft and few needles had fallen. Jimmy again gave us the White Glove treatment bringing a large tarpaulin to protect my floor and tree as he carried it off. Jimmy even offered to clean my tree stand. Now that's customer service and with a big smile! Thank you, Jimmy. Wish you all the best for 2017. Hope to see you in December. Ida Roldan read more
