I am quite surprised to see no one has the idea of a lovely indian grocery store keeps different Indian vegetables, variety of all the spices, curry pastes, Indian Paneer , variety of poppadums...Hmm yummy and lot more to explore. As an Indian chef, I would like to highly recommend this store where I buy all my groceries from. Those who love to cook curry and try indian cuisine, this is a best place to buy the ingredients at so reasonable cost. Fresh coriander leaves or mint will cost 70 cents a bunch. Yess crazy isn't it? Normally if you go a regular store like Rewe, Edeka etc. a few sprigs bunch will cost u around 3€. If you are experimenting with the Indian food and don't want to buy the 1/2 kg packets of spices, here is the deal. You can buy all variety of small packets of spices for about 1.50€ each. Isn't that great! Ambience is so nice. Right in the city center and accessible through public transport tram no 20, 21 and get down at Karlstrasse. Just 50 meters from there. Right opposite Kare( furnishing store). Try it and keep loving and cooking indian cuisines ;-)

They have a ton of fresh vegetables at great prices, a ton of turkish groceries and they have a fresh meat and fish counter. They also have a Turkish bakery with lots of beautiful looking breads and sweets like Baklava and so on. If you are planning a party and need things in bigger quantities there is a good chance you will find it here. Big tubs of olives, yogurts and so on. I've been many Asian markets in my life- my mom used to drag me all over LA to the family-owned ones to the big major chain Asian supermarkets. This one is the cleanest one I have ever been to. I'm usually leery of smells in these markets but this one doesn't smell at all. No stink! Can you believe that?! The aisles are very clean and organized, the freezers are nice and clean too and stocked with goods from seafood, frozen egg rolls, wonton wrappings, red beans buns, and more. In the back they have a refrigerated room with fresh tropical produce and a small corner with Asian cookbooks. The store specializes in Vietnamese, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and some Filipino foods but hardly Korean foods. Come here to find an assortment of hard-to-find sauces. Every Asian household needs some soy sauce, chilis, fish sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, sesame oil and Asia Feinkost has at least 5 kinds of each one so take your pick!

I am sure if there was something missing you could order it. The quality of the produce here is excellent and much better than some of the other Indian shops in town. I bought some samosas and sweets here for Diwali and, they all tasted excellent and fresh. Prices are reasonable and, before he charged me for stuff made sure I was happy with this prices of certain items. The produce is reasonably priced, and they sell things from galanga root to celery, to tomatoes, carrots, onions - you name it. The shelves are fully stocked with products, and their selection of sauces makes my eyes get as wide as saucers. Their frozen food section is also pretty impressive - but I would also say relatively standard for Asian markets in the area. Not only do they sell Asian groceries, but magazines and things of that nature. I'm not too sure about the types or quality of the magazines as I am not Asian, nor do I read any type of Asian languages. Rosenheimerplatz is like a mecca of Asian shops and eateries.
