We were gonna try all of them, but as I smelled more and more scents, it was too much for me. I suggest not trying everything but just smell the ones you're interested in (maybe even like 30-40, but definitely not all). The process for making the candle was actually really simple. It took less than 10 minutes to make it, but at least 7 days for it to set. Also, make sure you can come back within 2 weeks to pick up the candle. Otherwise, it will be donated! The service was definitely 5/5! The staff were so friendly, and one offered to help us take photos at the end! Overall, I had a great experience at Wick Lab. However, it is pretty expensive (~$22 for one candle). Going there once to try it out was good enough for me, and I probably won't go back because of the price. FYI, make sure you make a reservation early if you plan to go there. I passed by the place twice before without a reservation, and unfortunately, it was full both times :( But it really depends on when you go. You can check the availability on their website.

It's hard for me to imagine a world where malls are obsolete, but I do fear that we are going that direction as more and more people do their shopping online. That said, the University Place mall may be immune to that simply because it's located smack in the middle of town with so much around it. People will come just out of convenience of location. There are all the stores you'd expect, and a few surprise ones too. It may not feel like there are a lot of people inside, but the parking lot is always crowded. I think this is because there are lots of adjacent or nearby retail places that share the parking, and it can get a little congested.
