The minute we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by the friendliest folks who showed us to our table. Side Note- The University of Michigan was playing and the restaurant was slammed- but the staff never skipped a beat. The minute Alexis, our waitress, came to our table she was friendly, kind, and super helpful with recommendations and explaining some of the items on the menu. We started with the deviled eggs as an appetizer (pictured)- they may have lasted 2 minutes- because they were so delicious. In the end, my wife decided on the Drunk Guy burger (burger with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, one onion ring, and topped with bourbon hickory sauce. It was cooked well done (as she asked) which was cooked to perfection! I chose the O'Hanna burger, which was a burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, pineapple, and a hickory sauce- cooked to perfection! We both chose the sweet potato tots with a marshmallow/Carmel dipping sauce....yup, you read that right- I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon. These 2 burgers were THE best burgers my wife and I have ever eaten. We were so impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, and the food. If it couldn't have gotten any better, they gave us a thank you card for stopping in. I mentioned to my server that the chicken was very dry and difficult to cut. I also mentioned that the swiss cheese was barely detectable. She apologized but didn't offer management intervention. By the end, I didn't want to struggle any longer in trying to cut the overcooked and dry chicken. When I asked for the check, I pointed out nicely that my dissatisfaction with parts of the meal should have been brought to the manager's attention. Rather than raise a conflict over the bill, I paid it but don't ever plan to return. I overheard someone at a booth across from mine also expressing dissatisfaction with what he'd ordered, though not sure if he was complaining within his circle or whether he actually told the server- not that it would have mattered. It appears that this restaurant has some training issues for its young and inexperienced staff members.

I added smoked brisket on top and it was fabulous! The queso cheese was full of flavor and delivered that nice kick without being overly spicy. The brisket was tender and juicy and complemented the Mac n Cheese perfectly. They also have daily food specials (Tuesday is 10 wings for $10) as well as a great menu of crafted cocktails.
