Stay in Dundee for a wedding and stopped into Applebees for late lunch. Danielle our waitress was good but was little slow in taking our order. I seem to have this experience in every Applebees. I'm wondering if management encourage this ? Anyway, you can't beat the food Hubby had a Whiskey Bacon Burger with fries I had the Quesadilla burger with fries. Yummy! Great place to eat but pack your patience read more

Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and server smelled like pot. Was extremely disappointed. Place was practically empty yet service was horrible. Would recommend literally anywhere else in dundee. Truly the worst Applebees experience Ive ever had read more

It was good! I got endless ribs which were amazing . Ribs are my new favorite food now. Workers came many times to ask if I wanted more ribs. Fries were good too. Ate soooo many ribs I almost fell asleep. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - I WAS verrrrry TIRED !!! - American Near Me - Dundee, Michigan

The service was great! Got my food fast. The ambiance was good I felt like I was in a good atmosphere. The food tasted very good, nothing extraordinary but it was good. Overall I would definitely go back. 10/10 would recommend. The only reason that I am rating it 4 and not 5 stars is because, it isn't the best food I have ever had but it is definitely still very good. read more

It's actually good food for the right price when you catch a deal that's the best time to go. They're always the best food choice but for the economy right now they're doing a pretty good job. Was there the other day they did not disappoint very good hamburger read more

First time at this Applebee's and it was great! We went with some friends (4 adults & 5 kids). Great waitress, and all of our food was correct! read more

It's your typical Applebees, same food. Nothing spectacular. They were short staffed but trying their best

Food was good service was excellent amber was waitress and excellent at her job atmosphere was good

No reviews here, huh? Well ...it's your average Applebee's. decent food and service with an occasional screwup on an order. The menus are all the same. They do well here. There are other places in town for the creative traveler with a little time to explore if your tired of the same old stuff. Face it Applebee's is everywhere and is a good fall back if an area lacks. This area does not. Explore Mex place downtown. Awesome pizza joint downtown. Great bar in the east side that serves food so good you'll forget you're in a bar. Thirstys? Yea. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Empty bar. Full restaurant. - American Near Me - Dundee, Michigan

Sat at the bar, it had to be cleaned before I could sit down. Menu offered a lot, but nothing that looked appetizing. The bartender, Alyssa, was prompt to help me. She even suggested the Quesadilla Burger, which I had. Nothing bad, but nothing special. They forgot silverware when they brought it to me. In general, what I expected from an Applebee's, middle of the road fare. 5 minutes later: Couple came in, to find food, dishes, and glasses all over the bar. In one of their words, "What the hell happened here?" (See my photo for the wreckage on the bar.) read more

Ended up stopping through my local apple bees with some friends of mine. The first thing I want to mention was how good the service and our waitress was. We had Jackie as our waitress and she did such an amazing job throughout the whole time serving and checking on us. Also last thing to mention the food was phenomenal. Definitely going to come back soon! read more

Last night my Husband and I stopped into the Dundee Applebees, we hadn't been there for about 2 years so we thought we would try it again. The food was fine, and atmosphere was as expected for Applebees. We were very impressed with our server, Chelsea. She was so attentive, but not bothersome, and had a personality that was very welcoming. She seemed to know when to check on our table and when to leave us alone. I wish I would have thought to ask for her schedule but I didn't. I would stop in again if I knew she was working that day. read more

Worst service ever and I never even sat down. Stood at the front waiting to be seated looking lost for over 15 min while staff walking right past me making eye contact. The place was dead. Not even 15% capacity if I had to guess. To busy laughing at the bar with their regulars to care about my money. Will not be back read more

This place would not serve us because we had to many in group. They had 8 tables open and told us 15 minutes wait. We then said we could set in separate booths no we still can't seat you but they 2 people that came in behind us. The worst place to eat.....,, I didnt want to give a star but I couldn't post this otherw. read more

Clean place, good food. Servers seem nice but do not refill drinks and only try to serve you when you are about to pay until then it's pretty hard to find someone or get any help. Food is great, portions get smaller every time I come back. The last two times my server even stated my portion was clearly smaller then normal. Deserts are really overpriced but you can save a lot with the 2 for $20-$25 meals for two. read more

Friendly wait staff and good food. Took a little bit to get it but otherwise everything was fine.

Went to this location with my family celebrating my 8 year olds birthday. Was seated immediately when we walked in the door and that's when it took a turn. We waited for 10 minutes as several wait staff walked by our table and never once acknowledged us. I'm hoping this had nothing to do with us being the only African American family in the restaurant at the time but the optics were apparent. I waited patiently just long enough to see if the people sat at the table behind us would be served before us and three minutes after they sat a waitress was there to take their drink order. Obviously me and my family left the establishment without ever being spoken to by one waiter or waitress. I would hope in 2019 this type of behavior would not still be going on but I guess I was wrong. Needless to say i will never frequents this place again and hopefully I am wrong about being discriminated against. read more

I came here with a party of six on Sunday, August 4. There was no one inside to greet us, and we waited about five minutes before someone showed up. There was noone in front of us, but there was a couple sitting on the benches in the waiting area. There were a lot of empty tables. When an employee finally came to greet us, he asked us if we minded waiting five minutes. We said fine, and sat down. After 10 minutes, we discovered that we weren't waiting because the table wasn't available, but because the kitchen was backed up. So, instead of sitting us at a table where we could be drinking our beverages and waiting comfortably, we were waiting on the benches in the waiting area, because the kitchen was backed up? That's the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. My pregnant wife, who was thirsty, asked if we could be seated so that she could order a drink. They finally sat us, and the wait staff was great after that. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant! I don't know what took over an hour to get our food. Defiantly wasn't cooking my steak medium. That came out still Mooing... Kayla k was very short and rude. read more

I have come here many times and the only thing that keeps me going back is the half off appetizers at night. The service is generally slow. Whether it is crowded or busy, it takes quite awhile. We were there recently and it was just dirty inside. On the floor under our table were a few straw wrappers and crayons. There appeared to be pieces of food on the floor by the table. read more

I ordered a carry out bacon cheeseburger and fries and I specifically told them no pink I got all the way back to my room place my toppings on my burger and bit into it and seem all pink. I was so upset that I had to get up and go back to take my order back to be remade. The manager was very apologetic they made me fresh fries and the burger over. Awful. Ate there a year ago everyone in my party had chicken of some sort and everyone got sick the next day. Will never be back.

We Love this Applebee's great server and our food is delicious couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you

Love this place even though the mess we are going through. Good food friendly face prices a little high but we can work with that

Went New Years Eve but it wasn't crazy busy. Can only give 3 stars and that is being generous. The waitress was a little flighty but nice and did try to keep up. The meal was less than satisfactory. Cold and undercooked steak. We were afraid to send back as we noticed lots of food going back to the kitchen for a redo and we heard the manager comping two tables by us. Good cooks must be hard to find these days. The bartender was on point though with our drinks. read more

this applebees is terrible. the waitress was so rude and disrespectful and she refused to give us refills on our sodas and she treated me and everyone i was with disrespectfully. if you are considering going here, dont. just keep it moving. lets make this no good ohio like place out of business. read more

It's A run-of-the-mill Applebee's which has all your typical Applebee's selections. It's pretty neat in the sense that the walls are littered with stuff about Dundee Michigan and the historical downtown. Nice staff and a large restaurant indeed so one could hold parties. Service was a bit slow however. read more

We seated right away to a dirty table. There was food left from the ppl before. service was a lil slow. Our waitress was Nancy F. She spilled my bf's Pepsi all over him n the seat. She apologized n sorta cleaned it up. While my bf was cleaning up the seat she asked if he'd like another Pepsi n some more napkins.. he said yes. She went to the back while we waited for the napkins to finish cleaning up the pepsi. We look where she was n she's back there talking to other servers n laughing... meanwhile, we are waiting to finish cleaning up her mess. Food was good.. when we were leaving we noticed ice still all over the floor. She needs to learn better customer service. We understand accidents happen, but she should have cleaned up HER mess, not us. Then we shouldn't have had to wait for her to have conversations to clean up after her.. very dissatisfied w her! read more

Service was good. Steak was bad. Dry, tough and lacked flavor. I ended up covering it with A1. My other complaint is the fact that they have one of those electronic menus on the table with video games. My daughter had it less than 20 seconds (i quickly grabbed it out of her hands). She somehow racked up $2 in charges. Not horrible, but super annoying. read more

Applebees in Dundee is one of my favorite places to eat. Katie is an amazing bartender

Service was fantastic but the food was lacking. I ordered a chicken fajita roll up and it had absolutely no chicken. Also my mothers taco salad had only about a tablespoon of ground beef. The other meals were good (a burger and an Asian salad). read more

Since my last review we have visited here 4 times! 2 times we had Sarah as our server and WOW! Amazing girl with a happy attitude and beautiful smile! Really great service and food quality spot on ! She suggested an appetizer and dessert , we ordered both! Thank you and your team Sarah ! Happy servers make very happy customers! You have brought our faith back in the Applebees brand! Time before was Ashley and again great service and great food! Thank you! Then we had Jake, what a polite young man! Great server that cares about his customers and the Applebee's brand! You just don't get this kind of service from many male servers, way to stand above Jake! THANK YOU!! read more

The service was good. We had the fried green beans as an app and the dish was good. I had the lemon parm shrimp which was supposed to have blackened shrimp, but no spice at all. There was just a dab of the lemon sauce--none on the plain white rice. My hubby had the shrimp scampi pasta and it was about flavorless. If you don't like flavor, eat here. read more

Would come back just to see Alyssa! You are wonderful good luck with everything! Oh...,and the pretzels are the best I have had :)

Rated 1 star because my husband liked his steak. However, I ordered the fish and chips. When I got the fish the fries were just warm and when she brought new fries, they to were just warm. I asked about some malt vinegar because this is all I like my fish to be soaked in and the waitress came back with explanation that they don't have any. So I sent plate back and ordered something else. I ordered the Chicken/Broccoli Alfredo. What a mistake!! No Alfredo sauce, pasta was dry as heck. The pasta wasn't cooked thoroughly and stuck to my teeth! I sent that back as well. Manager came over to tell me she wasn't going to charge me for that and she was sorry. As if I would pay for that meal anyway!!! Sorry didn't help either. Never got to eat last night. And never going there again! read more
