This rating is solely on customer service. We arrived at 10:45 am via uber. We were greeted by a very RUDE employee. She made us feel very unwelcomed. She asked why we were there and told us the tour didn't start til 1130 am. The website stated to arrive after 11 am. No fault of ours that uber got us there at 10:45 am. We contemplated getting our money back but Britney came out and was very friendly and helpful. Poor thing was running back and forth trying to assist us and other tourists. There were no other employees helping her. The tour itself ended up being great. Bottom line, the customer service is poor. Show up before 11 am if you want to be treated rudely and want to feel unwelcomed. I hope you find this review helpful. read more

Epic treehouses! So great to see them! Staff is super cool. The gift shop...is...on...point! Take the tour. Experience the magic.

I brought my boyfriend here as a surprise birthday gift and we loved it! There were 5 treehouses that we got to see but only got to tour 4 (the other one was on lockdown temporarily). The tour guides gave perfect narratives of the treehouses on how they were built, the history of the owners, etc. I would definitely recommend to everybody to check this place out since it is unique and one of kind. A tip to everyone is to book the tour at least 2 weeks in advance because they fill up fast especially in the summertime. read more

I stayed here 2 years ago in October and had a wonderful time! There were no other guests there that weekend except for the owners and their sibilings; they were going to celebrate their father's upcoming birthday. What an unusual bed and breakfast - food was excellent. We stayed in the house that had the incinerator toilet because I didn't think I'd be able to hold it all night (!). Definitely recommend gong. read more

Beautiful, enchanting and private. You feel like the only people in the world when there. The staff are amazing! So kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a relaxing experience full of conversation with staff and fellow visitors to Treehouse Point. Can't wait to go back, so serene and peaceful! A step away from life's craziness to enjoy nature and rejuvenate. Thanks for the wonderful experience! read more

Love Tree House Point! There's something magical that happens when you step onto the property... it brings you back to childhood wonderment and imagination. Pete is the best and the property is quaint, peaceful and the sounds of the river are soothing to fall asleep to. read more

This. Place. Is. So. Dreamy. I am so glad my husband and I had our honeymoon there. I'm not sure there is anything better than reading in a treehouse and listening to the pitter patter of the rain. Staff was friendly and it was great meeting everyone and eating breakfast with the group. I'm already dreaming of our next trip to Treehouse Point. read more

OH! MY! GOD!!! This place is so cool. The treehouse are so cool. They are up high, comfy, and homy. I really felt like I was comfortable there. I don't sleep well in hotels but I did here. Another cool thing about this place is the toilets. They are incinerator toilets! Have you ever used one because I haven't! The coolest thing is the fact that it's up in the mountains. When I went there, I was cold and when I was driving back to the hotel from visiting my relatives, it started to snow! I've only been in snow while it's snowing one time other than this and I was a baby so I don't remember it, but I will remember this one forever. We got to play in the snow before we went back to our treehouse. This place is expensive. But it is worth it because you will receive a once in a lifetime experience. This place is amazing and the next time you go up to Washington, I recommend staying here. read more

We were unfortunate to check in during a record heat wave in the Seattle area with highs in the 100F degrees. Although the room was beautiful, it was on the top floor with only one weak ceiling fan (and the owners were running the washer/dryer right next to the room, which only added to the stifling heat). Even with all the windows open, my toddler didn't fall asleep until well past midnight because of the heat. When we left just after 8AM the next morning to sight-see, no breakfast had been put out. When I called the owner the next morning to ask if we could check out that day due to the heat and still receive a refund for the remaining 2 nights we were supposed to stay there, he agreed. We had to return to pack and remove our things (and upon our return, noticed some food had been put out for breakfast at some point). Once we had checked out, the owner reneged on his word and said he would only refund us for one night and charge us a full night as a cancellation fee. He also accused us of having our dogs in the upstairs room (which is ridiculous because our senior dogs cannot do stairs and there are plenty of stairs to get to our room). I did bring in our dogs just inside the side door of the Main Lodge while we were eating dinner. They never moved more than 5 ft. from the door and simply lay on the concrete floor just inside the door, panting. The temperatures were well over 90F outside (even at 6PM) and the General Manager Russell had seen the dogs and not asked me to move them back inside the car (we'd been on a road trip for days). The dogs left right after dinner to go with my husband and son who were staying elsewhere- so that my friend and I could catch up and have a mini Girls Escape (although our toddler girl did remain with me). Even putting aside the ridiculously small amount of liquid hand soap in the bathroom (which we quickly ran out of and had to dilute with water to "stretch"), for $200 a night, one tends to have higher expectations for service than the comment from the owner Pete Nelson that his place was probably "too rustic" (his words) for us. No "I'm sorry- how can we make things better? Can we bring in more fans?" or "More soap is not a problem; sorry about that oversight." or simple, clear info such as "We only serve breakfast from 9-10AM." I've travelled all over the world (including Vietnam, Mexico, etc.), camped on beaches, etc. and "rustic" is NOT how I'd describe Treehouse Point. Frankly, we wanted to love the place which is why we were so disappointed and dismayed at our experience. "Shallow" is a better description. Gorgeous on the outside, but lacking where things really matter. The soap & breakfast are minor issues that can be easily addressed (or made clearer in the future with better communication). Although for the cost and the "look" of the property, it's surprising that details like those (and the full trash can in the kitchen) are overlooked. The heat and reneging on your word- cannot. Ironically, the owner has both children and a dog- with little compassion for the effects of high heat on the children and/or dogs of others. For $200/night, you can absolutely do better in the Seattle area (Issaquah is a suburb) than the poor treatment we received here. read more

Treehouse point is a magical, fairylike place in the forest situated next to a raging river 22 miles North of Seattle. This unique bed and breakfast is home to about six of the famous tree houses Peter Nelson has built and designed as featured on his show treehouse masters on animal planet. There is a main lodge with one beautiful upstairs room, the Cedar room, where we stayed. It is The only room available with a full bath. We were able to tour the tree houses and I will admit it would be an adventure to stay in them for one night but most likely that would be enough since only One of them has a flush toilet. The others have a compost toilet for emergencies however there are two absolutely gorgeous, spacious and spa like communal bath houses with spotless amenities. There is also a private outdoor shower if you choose to shower outside with sunlight filtering through the trees. The grounds are immaculate, you are given flashlights to make your way through the fairy like forest at night or you can sit around the campfire you build and cook s'mores. The whole experience is sort of like "Glamping". The breakfast which is served in the main lodge in the morning is delicious and plentiful. Everything is homemade. Afternoon snacks and home-baked goods are available with coffee , tea , juices and small ice chests are provided for you to take to your room. There are several restaurants nearby, but I suggest you bring your own food in and enjoy all the ambience treehouse point has to offer. The staff here are incredible, Damon, the manager, will assure all of your needs are met! Yoga & massage is also available for an extra fee in the pond room and will enhance your experience in this Zen like place. There are many places nearby to hike, run, or bike in this gorgeous part of the state. This special place provides a respite from our busy lives.... Bring a good book , turn off your cell phone, take a nap in the trees! read more

Totally AMAZING! Just got back from one glorious night at Treehouse Point. Magical! Slept like a baby, with windows wide open, high in the trees snuggled under the covers with my honey. Great breakfast, quiet and private....very, very sweet! read more

Amazing place! Everything about this place says relaxing getaway and our only regret is that my girlfriend and I only had one night to stay. We stayed in the Temple of the Moon treehouse and were blown away by craftsmanship and intricate details. The come and go lodge, where you could lounge around the fireplace, play boardgames or just grab a snack or a complimentary glass of wine was most welcoming. We'll certainly be back in the future to play around in another treehouse. read more

This place is magical! Like seriously out of this world and unique beyond comprehension. There are five different treehouses to select from. You Have To Book In Advance. No Walk Ins. But the beautiful treehouses aren't even the best part. The staff and food are incredible! I'd rate 10 stars if I could. Breakfast is home cooked and also very vegan and vegetarian friendly. And they make afternoon desserts everyday like cookies and brownies! Each treehouse does not have a sink nor bathroom. These are located in the middle for each guest to use. They are super nice. Nothing like a cheap campground or anything. Everything is well furnished which top quality brands and items. WiFi is available in the main lodge, however we had 1-2 bars constantly with AT&T and Verizon. May be slow but it works. There is morning yoga classes. A river and trails are nearby. And the entire staff is VERY knowledgeable about the whole surrounding area with trails, food, drinks, attractions, etc. if you have any quesrions, they are there for you! 10/10, will for sure come back in the future. A very amazing place to stay, especially for younger people without kids. We stayed in Trillium and it is one of the favorites and most unique. But we will deff be back to try the others some day. read more

Unbelievable, 4 months later it still feels like a dream. Can I live here.... I'll work for free hahaha

Truly a magical and enchanting experience! Well worth every penny we paid. We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and we loved it. It felt secluded and intimate. We went down by the river and laid in a hammock and enjoyed all the sights and sounds and each others company. Breakfast the next day was wonderful and it was nice to sit and talk with other couples staying. read more

We spent two nights in the Burl, and it was absolutely the best camping experience I've ever had. And it might be best to go into it expecting a luxury camping experience. $200 a night to sleep in a custom made tree house, wake up to the sounds of roaring water and robins first thing in the morning? Yeah I think I might like that. Definitely a something to try. Our stay consisted of The Blue Moon Temple. Very clean, staff was very friendly. Bottled water, clean towels, and emergency contact numbers were available. Our treehouse was tidy up and restocked with clean towels on each day of our stay. No WiFi available. We drove into town a couple times for lunch and dinner. Staff is not always present, but do leave plenty of info and toilet paper shall you run out. Breakfast consists of yogurt, granola, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and scones. It was a fun experience. I suggest bringing your own snacks and beverages. Not too many options close by unless you drive into town. read more

This trip was a delayed honeymoon for us and we were so excited about our visit. Treehouse Point lived up to our expectations and then some. We stayed for four nights and so glad we did as it seemed each day we discovered more about how amazing this place really is! It rained the first day and this just added to the natural beauty of the trees, moss and river. The staff were welcoming and I felt they were there to make our stay comfortable. I am so glad we chose The Temple of the Blue Moon as it was near the river and very relaxing. Definitely want to go back sometime in the future! read more

What a wonderful place! My girlfriend and I stayed in Burl for two nights and we loved every minute of it. The treehouses are really well designed; cute and minimalist, out of view of the other treehouses. We got to spend the day relaxing in our treehouse and walking the nearby trails. Breakfast was made from scratch on site and was delicious (and vegetarian friendly). read more

We were going to have our wedding here for a cool $10,000 (and that's just for their venue), but the wedding coordinator somehow managed to write down the wrong date when I contacted them in May 2016 for a July 2017 wedding. Now I'm SOL because they didn't verify the date with me until less than 48 hours after they opened booking for July 2017 to the general public, and somehow it's more important to keep someone's vacation date than allow me to patronize their location for an entire wedding event. Treehouse Point lost my business for life over this. They're just down the highway from us and we were interested in staying there some time for a weekend away, but I have no interest in giving my money to a venue that can't even handle basic wedding bookings with any accuracy or class. Edit to clarify: I unfortunately had a number of personal incidents come up in the time frame I needed to respond back for the contract details. In addition to pushing the limit of the scheduling time, I simply misread the date in the email (7/1 instead of 7/17) and was prepared to have a contract sent to book the venue when I realized the date was wrong. My issue has far more to do with the total lack of class and diplomacy displayed by the wedding coordinator. She blamed me for not catching the date mistake, suggested I change my date to the first (because it's no problem to reprint dozens of invitations and ask family members to change already-paid-for flights and request different vacation time at work, right?), or they would do me the great service of offering the wedding package I wanted on a weekend date, when they normally only sell the more expensive package. I've worked in customer service for years. I spent two and half years doing retail-level consumer IT support and I know what it's like to deal with a frustrated, disappointed, or outright angry customer. The most critical cornerstone of customer service is to maintain your professionalism throughout the interaction. Treehouse Point totally missed the mark on this. It's not the mistake that upset me - everyone makes mistakes; it's the way it was handled by your employees. read more

One of the best and most unique tours I've ever been on. We were able to tour all 11 treehouses varying in size and style. If you're ever in or around Seattle, check this place out and spend a night if you can. read more

Such a relaxing getaway in a uniquely beautiful place. Damon and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay extra special. We had champagne & chocolates waiting for us in our treehouse upon arrival and turndown service at night! We stayed in Nest, which is close to the road but it didn't bother us. The creek below our tree was our noise machine. So fun to explore the grounds and have s'mores by the river. Breakfast was excellent--Susan & Megan accommodated my non-dairy needs. Hope to be back again soon! read more

We stayed here in late April, and loved every moment of it! I have told family and friends about it over and over again. I do suggest staying more than one night, you get to fully experience the atmosphere and relax. We stayed in the Trillium and were in love. We enjoyed how we had a panoramic view up in the trees. The staff were wonderful, breakfast every morning was amazing. It's close to lovely day hikes. We lucked out with a few nice days and were able to have a bbq down by the river. The only thing that I hope they don't do is build any more tree houses. I feel it may ruin the atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience, we have even been talking about the potential of having our wedding here. Hope this was helpful. read more

Just did a tour of this property and we cannot wait to stay there! This is truly a unique experience. We had stumbled upon the new Animal Planet show Treehouse Master featuring Pete Nelson, creator of Treehouse Point and his crew, and since we were vacationing in the area, thought it would be fun to take a property tour. So glad that we did -- what a special experience. Each tree house has its own character, and provides a very special view of this beautiful property. Damon was our tour guide and he was awesome -- very informative, interesting, and welcoming. He has a way of taking someone who is casually interested in tree houses and converting them to a tree house enthusiastist and tree lover in just one hour! The tour is $15.00 per person, and worth every penny. We learned so much about tree houses while feeling like kids as we explored the tree houses and grounds set alongside a river. We definitely will be booking a room there as soon as possible! While there is no "Fitness Center", walking in the woods around the property provides gentle hiking, and yoga classes and massage are offered on the property. When the river is lower in the summer, it provides a nice place to play in the water. We heard from overnight guests checking out that the breakfast was very good. read more

If your going to Seattle do yourself a favor and get tickets to TreeHouse Point tour. It's absolutely spectacular! The treehouses are nestled in a beautiful forest. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. Our tour started with Damon, who looks enough like Pete to be family. Damon was a great start to our tour, with lots of information. We then went with Charles for our tour of the treehouses. Charles was fantastic tons knowledgeable and a great information. At the end of our tour he told us about Snoqualmie Falls, just 15 minutes up the road. I can't thank him enough. The falls are so beautiful, it was the perfect topper to a great day! In all if you go to Seattle and don't take the 30 minute drive to TreeHouse Point you've cheated yourself out of a wonderful experience! So as Pete would say "To the trees" read more

Once you get there, the staff are amazing. Everyone is welcoming and works hard to make your stay special. Prior to arrival, though, is where the rating gets knocked down a bit. The process is cumbersome, confusing, and at times just plain irritating. I actually said to my partner that I thought they had all the money and business they need because it seemed that the information and reservation process is put in place to deter new customers. Please work that out! Okay, back to the good stuff... How can you stay in a tree house in the middle of old growth trees and not think about bugs or critters? I'll tell you how... have everything so well-maintained that your guests aren't creeped out by anything! Our treehouse was incredibly clean both inside and out. The shared/common bathrooms are spa-like and boast an outdoor (private) shower as an optional way to immerse yourself in the experience. There are small trails on the property for a walk (not enough property for a hike) and if you ignore some of the traffic noise coming from the road, you can make believe you're alone in the world. The fountain in the middle of the pond helps create a natural sound that works to diminish some of the road noise near the front of the property. The included continental breakfast is much more than a muffin and coffee with many items that turn it into a buffet rather than a basket full of whatevers. The communal breakfast table is just enough human interaction--the rest of the time it's easy to get that "just us" feeling you're probably looking for. read more

My husband and I came here for our 2nd wedding anniversary and stayed in Temple of The Blue Moon. It has been by far the most amazing adventure we have ever taken. The view is sooo beautiful and waking up in the trees had me feeling all sorts of ways. The staff was so wonderful and kind. The complimentary breakfast was homemade and delicious!!! The whole grounds was so clean and the bath houses were like a mini spa in the forest! I felt they were very luxurious considering we are basically camping. If we weren't relaxing in our treehouse or the main cabin we were out exploring the area. We chose to visit The Falls right down the road and did a nice hike. DEFINITELY GO THERE! Such a beautiful hike. Overall we were so incredibly happy with our experience there and will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you Treehouse Point staff for being so incredible. You guys were the icing on top! read more

We were expecting something closer to the review of leanadra D. --particularly the gourmet breakfast having read about the chef owner on the website. We did read the fine print on our gift certificate that it was a continental breakfast, but granola and milk and coffee only (not even napkins) is pretty minimal for a bed and breakfast. Even a few berries, a banana, a piece of toast and paper towels would have been nice. Maybe it's the difference in being there on a sunday night versus a saturday, or 2009 versus 2010? But the hospitality and the necessities were what was missing. No one was home when we arrived. The sign on the doorstep said "private residence, call for tours" instead of "back soon" The house sitter did come up from swimming in the river with her boyfriend, but didn't know what tree house we were assigned to stay in. She couldn't get a hold of the owner to find out. The arrival of additional guests helped sort it out thankfully. The little things like extra t.p. or paper towels or regular towels, in the shared bathroom or in the treehouse could have helped a lot. (The house sitter was gone again when we realized there was no t.p.) I imagine everyone's experience is different depending on who is host and who are guests and if there is entertainment or not, but it doesn't have to be so random. A little advanced info and information once there would have helped prepare us better for self sufficiency. read more

I brought my girlfriend here as a surprise for her birthday. We live in Vegas and went for a weekend trip to Seattle and I found Treehouse Point on Pintrest and thought there was no way something so amazing really existed...Well it does and it was only 20 minutes from Seattle. It was the 24th of July and we stayed in the Bonbibi. There aren't enough good things I can possibly say about this place to convey just how magical it truly is. The Bonbibi is a smaller tree house, perfect for a romantic getaway for two. The small patio below with chairs didn't get as much use as I planned, since we spent the majority of our time walking around the property, enjoying the beauty of the stream and talking with Damon, the manager, out by the fire pit. I read the Yelp comments before I left and like many of the other Yelpers have discussed recently, all of the previous complaints have been addressed. Damon takes great care in seeing that everyone's stay is wonderful. Checking in you'll receive a map of the property and they will let you know about the bird blind and the lookout tree house that you'll also have access to. If no one is there when you arrive, they leave the info out for you. The workers make sure that everything is fully stocked and readily available to you. There was cold water with lemons, limes and mint available at all times and homemade cookies out for a snack. The rooms are absolutely adorable and very clean. In the evening there are two fire pits, one by the main house and one out by the stream. If you plan to go down to the one by the stream you may want to venture out before sundown as it's hard to see once it gets dark. Inside the main house there are Smores kits for you to enjoy. The blankets on the bed were very warm and there are heaters and a small fan in the tree house to make it comfortable to sleep no matter the time of year, so no need to bring extra blankets. You'll also have a hot water kettle with water already in it, you just push a button and it heats up so you can have hot tea without leaving your room. In the morning for breakfast, you'll enjoy the best granola I've ever had along with a delightful homemade breakfast. The staff are all super friendly and happy to help and answer any questions. We spent our evening talking to Damon and had such an amazing time exchanging stories, it made the trip even more special than it already was. Yes, there is only one shower with a commode and one half bath in the main house. Yes there is a slight odor in the restroom at times. While we were there they were building another restroom, so they are addressing this issue, but please don't let the idea of a shared bathroom scare you away from experiencing one of the most amazing places. The bathroom is clean and we never experienced any issues of having to wait. Everyone was very courteous of the fact that others would be using the facility. We enjoyed it here so much that we've decided it will be an annual trip! read more

Took the tour it was great, Damon was a fantastic host. Definitely worth a visit, one of a kind experience.

My wife and I have stayed here twice and loved it each time. We felt recharged after each visit. We stayed in the Nest and it has such a quaint cozy atmosphere. Clean and wonderful beds and bedding. Occasional noise from the road, but nothing too much and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is wonderful. However on our last visit, I wasn't very impressed with the woman I assume was the manager. I didn't like the way she spoke to the staff and the attitude she showed to them when they were obviously working hard to get ready for an event, possibly a wedding. There is a right way and a wrong way to talk and work with employees and she obviously doesn't have the correct training. We didn't have direct contact with her, it was just our observations sitting on the deck, since we are business owners ourselves. There are some great choices for food and they aren't too far away. The Roadhouse in Fall City and The Woodsman in Snoqualmie are great choices. We look forward to our next visit. read more

The treehouses themselves are great but I thought the full tour was a little unnecessary. It was 2 hours before we got out of there, and it could've only taken 15 minutes to walk through all of them. The tour guides were very friendly of course, but it just felt crowded and drawn out. I left a little exhausted. read more

My husband and I stayed in the Burl for our 5 year wedding anniversary. It was such a wonderful experience! In my opinion tree house point does just what it is supposed to do, calms the mind and awakens the soul. The sound of the rushing river and chirping birds while being up in the trees is magical. The level of hospitality and the amenities offered are just enough to feel pampered but keep the experience feeling organic, as it should when choosing to spend the night in the trees! A great reminder to live life as an adventure and think outside the box, or up in the tree :). Inspired us to build a treehouse on our farm back in California. Great place!!!! read more

I surprised my girlfriend with a stay at Treehouse Point a few weekends ago. Treehouse point is a magical and beautiful place to stay. The treehouses are everything we expected and more. A wonderful getaway and we had an incredible time. What prevented me from giving this a 4 or 5 star review was some of the service. While I understand the demand of this property and know that comes with logistical challenges of getting people in & out in a timely manner, we found that while we were actual guests of Treehouse Point, we were treated wonderfully. It was the pre-checkin and check out time when we were treated sub-par. We arrived to the property shortly around 2:15pm after a flight into Seattle. Check in time is listed at 3pm and that was made very clear in my check in email. Assuming there were souvenirs to check out, the property to explore, or at least some paperwork to fill out, I popped in 45min early to get the lay of the land, knowing we wouldn't be able to access the treehouse until 3pm. There is a gate that blocks off the parking lot with no signs or anything, so I was a bit confused as to how to get in - not knowing this was the '3pm gate' that wouldn't open until check in. I kept the car there and walked around and into the main house to find two women at the table. They promptly asked if they could help me - in a pretty cold manner. No 'Welcome', or 'how are you.' I just said I was there to check in and before I could continue was told check in was not until 3 and that I would have to come back. It would have been nice of them to ask if I needed to drop our bags, or maybe ask if they could recommend some areas around to kill the time, or even let me turn the car around in the parking lot, but it was very clear that until 3pm, nothing was going to happen - not even friendliness. I squeezed the car around in the driveway and we came back a few hours later. Once we arrived at 4pm it was like a completely different experience filled with warm welcomes and invites left and right to make ourselves at home. Bre was super friendly and took her time explaining the lay of the land. The duration of our stay was a true delight. The ambiance and staff while we were guests was top notch - the chefs were incredible, yoga instructor was perfect, as well as the on site massage therapists - truly the best. The only downside was that the main bathhouse was out of service for the duration of our stay, making it a challenge to access the 1 remaining shower with all treehouses booked. For almost $400 a night, I felt we deserved either an explanation or credit for not having appropriate shower facilities working for the majority of the weekend. Upon departure, check out was a strict 11am. We had set up massages for 10am. We checked out of our treehouse at 9am, grabbed a delicious breakfast in the lodge, and headed into our massage at 10am. It lasted until almost noon. Our flight wasn't until the evening so we asked if we could hang in the lodge and play a board game (they have a really cute selection) until we headed out for lunch. One of the female employees said yes. About an hour and a half later, we had been asked twice what time we were going to leave, as we could still stay, but there was a tour coming through and more guests coming at 3pm. We took the hints and were gone by 2pm, as I could tell it wasn't okay that we were still there. Overall, I really enjoyed my time while I was an actual guest. It was very clear to us though, that due to the demand of this location, you are treated with very little hospitality when you aren't a guest between the check in and check out times. We paid premium price tags on every aspect of this boutique resort from the overnight stay to the yoga and massages, and it just made me feel like I needed to be cycled through for the next guests because those are the rules. I understand certain policies need to be in place in order to run a popular facility efficiently, however, there is never a reason to not be hospitable, no matter what time it is. The staff didn't need to break their own rules in order to be hospitable. By 1 or 2pm on our check out day, while we were no longer customers, we had then transitioned into potential returning customers, and it would have been nice if we were treated as such. read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even managed to put up with my crazy family! The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the Treehouses are clean and charming as can be! We just celebrated my husband's birthday at Treehouse Point. We stayed in the lodge because the tree houses were all booked--and they are booked solid for months. Although we live an hour away, it felt like we had travelled far. It was a wet day, but the lodge is so welcoming with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff is incredibly warm and hospitable. It felt like they knew us. We walked down to the river shortly after we arrived. It was magical with treehouses scattered around and the old forest covered in moss and ferns is a beautiful sight. We could hear the river rushing by from our room, the best sound soother ever. We brought our own picnic and enjoyed our cocktails by the fire in the lodge. There is a wonderful selection of books and games, and other friendly guests to visit with. I wish I had known about the yoga because I definitely would have done that. The breakfast was fantastic, all freshly made, pretty darn healthy and delicious. The gal working the kitchen walked each guest through the menu and answered questions. I will be looking for an excuse to go back. It's a fantastic get away! read more
