Check in was seamless, the owner was friendly and showed us a few features. The room was everything we expected it to be from the pictures. The soaking tub was amazing. The breakfast came right when they said it would be and was delicious. Price is affordable and honestly the best cost for what you get that I could find in western WA. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The best place you'll ever stay! Hershel and Peggy are saints and clearly love where they live. It's nice the air is so clean because these views are breathtaking! And the breakfast, the breakfast I am not a morning person but I'll go to bed early just to wake up to that delicious breakfast! I wish we couldn't stayed longer just for the breakfast alone!

Our view vs. advertisement. Very accurate. Nice hosts I wish them the best.

Lovely experience all around. Look at the post card for the business and the comparative view from our window. I would say this advertisement is true to the actual experience.

We love the Roaring River. If you're searching for a five star resort, stay away. Instead, you'll find an amazing B&B that overlooks a bend in the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie that does indeed roar nonstop. Great hike to the river. Perfect hosts that bring breakfast to your room. More privacy than most B&Bs with accommodations in separate buildings, secluded location. Comfortable bed, clean, lots of outdoor things to do nearby. Grocery and restaurants 5-10 minute drive.

My sister in law had booked us for a 2 day stay at Roaring River and my wife and I loved it. I have never slept so peacefully in any B&B before, but here you listen to the River right outside your door. If and when I come back to Washington again, I plan on coming back to Roaring River again. You wake up to a great breakfast every morning. I recommend Roaring River B&B to anyone who wants to have a peaceful couple days or week. You won't regr

Roaring River is one of the most special places we've stayed! We most recently spent two nights in the Rock Room & loved relaxing in the sauna and listening to the river right outside our door. The owners are so kind & have made time to accommodate my vegan diet for breakfast. We recommend this place to anyone who will listen and can't wait to visit again next year!

Amazing view from The Tea House

I really enjoyed my 4-night stay here last month. The property and area is BEAUTIFUL, and hosts Herschel and Peggy are very nice. I stayed in the Bear Iris Room. It was very comfortable and cozy, and I wish I could have taken the Japanese soaking tub home with me! I had everything I needed, and the breakfasts, which Herschel brought to my room every morning, were delicious. I highly recommend the Roaring River B & B!

The first words upon walking into our room were, "So, can we live here?" We were only able to stay one night, but would stay 100 more if we had the chance. Right when you drive up, the scenery is breathtaking. The river rushing below you, the mountains in the distance framed by trees, and the subtle landscaping make you feel calm and welcome. Then, upon walking into our room (Herb's Cabin), we were greeted with softly playing music, a bowl of M&Ms, and a feeling of being home :) The decor of the cabin was both appropriate and not overwhelming. There were little touches everywhere that we were still finding the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the towels soft, and everything else was nothing short of perfect. In the morning I woke up, brewed some coffee right there in the room, and sat outside on the deck for over an hour just watching squirrels run around and listening to the river. When we got breakfast (delivered right at 8:30, in a basket), we ate on the porch just taking everything in. The food was wonderful. We had a fluffy pastry with berries and yogurt and fresh orange juice. As a bit of a back story, we did have problems getting to the B&B. Our car kept over-heating and it was really stressful - we arrived later than expected because we had to keep stopping to let the car cool down. Peggy and Herschel were very understanding of this and gave us the number of a wonderful local pizza place so we could get some dinner without going back into town. In the morning before we left, Peggy offered us three milk jugs full of water for the trip home, just in case. The Roaring River B&B is a real treat. It is calming and romantic and the innkeepers are fantastic. I highly recommend a stay here, and will definitely be back.

Amazing stay. The area was magical and the room was so cozy. The hosts were amazing. Kind and hospitable. Everything about this place was perfect and we will definitely be back.

If I could give this place a ten star review I totally would because that's how amazing this place was!! When we first arrived to our room there was music already playing, a tiny cup full of m&ms, and the decor was beautiful and felt really homey. The scenery outside of the rooms took our breath away! They deliver fresh breakfast in a cute basket. Our favorite was the French toast, sausage, and scrambled eggs. Although we didn't get to enjoy our third breakfast since my husband had to go to work (bummed out about that) I'm sure it would've been just as amazing. Hershel and Peggy thank you for sharing this amazing place with us. It was a true blessing to have experienced our stay. We will definitely be returning to this lovely bed and breakfast.

Sleeping in a beautifully crafted treehouse, surrounded by towering evergreens and the peaceful sounds of nature, was pure magic. It's such a cool and unique experience -- cozy, serene, and unlike any traditional hotel stay. One of my favorite memories is making s'mores by the fire and enjoying them beside the running river. We loved it so much that we booked another visit -- but unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected childcare situation that meant we had to cancel. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly very inconvenient. We had been so excited to return, and having to change plans at the last minute was stressful. That's where Abbey Rodriguez truly shined. She was so gracious, kind, and understanding throughout the entire situation. Instead of making us feel like we were causing a problem, she stepped in immediately, handled everything with compassion and professionalism, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel manageable and supported. Her warmth and willingness to help turned a difficult moment into one that actually deepened our appreciation for TreeHouse Point. Exceptional places are special -- but exceptional people make them unforgettable. Abbey's graciousness and care showed us that TreeHouse Point isn't just magical because of the treehouses and the forest (though those are amazing!) -- it's magical because of the heart behind it. We are so happy with TreeHouse Point and so grateful for the way we were treated. We absolutely plan to visit again soon -- and next time, we can't wait to be back in the trees where the magic began.

When we arrived at Treehouse Point, everybody was so professional and kind! We were given a quick tour of all of the amenities in the lodge and other community areas. Then, we were directed to our tree house, Ananda. Just wow! It was cozy as well as spacious, and it was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need! Even though there were other tree houses around ours, we ALL enjoyed total privacy. A great deal of attention has been made in creating personal experiences while still tending to developing a very unique community. All building materials in our treehouse were the best quality available, and the workmanship is second to none! We walked around the grounds, being respectful of others' privacy. Every tree house was unique and beautiful! We then took the trail down to the Raging River. It was beautiful, but our spring has been unusually dry, and the river a little thirsty. Overnight, a rainstorm came through the area. The sound coming from a refreshed river the next morning was breathtaking! I wanted to wake up so I could experience it all, but instead I slept through it. I guess I slept comfortably! (And I am not young.) The bath houses were beautiful and felt like individual spa rooms. They were supplied with wonderful bath products, and the shower offered a pampering experience. Similarly, special products and amenities were provided in our private unit, including coffee and tea. We were going to wash our few dishes, but no dish soap was found, further demonstrating Treehouse Point's intent to pamper their guests. After waking up in the trees, we prepared our own mugs of coffee, tea, and nibbles. After a peaceful start to the day, we made our way to the lodge for breakfast (feeding the fish along the way). Our own breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The chef and souz chef prepared several wonderful dishes. The selections and quality of preparation were both outstanding! Our visit was so wonderful that we truly didn't want to leave! We made the visit to fulfill a bucket list item, but we are already talking about returning again, this time with friends. I could go on and share more, but I want you to delight in your own experience, just as we had. If you've been considering a visit to Treehouse Point, wait no longer. You will never regret it!

We stayed on the spa floor and having an in-room fireplace made for such a cozy addition to an already great stay. Spa treatments and dinner, while a bit pricey, were well worth the cost in our opinion. Even the waiting/relaxation area for the spa felt luxurious with a lit fire, snacks, and a tea station at the ready! And for the Twin Peaks fans there are a variety of great nods to the show without feeling like you've stepped into a tourist trap.
