Romeo Clarice and David Statler did incredible work, astounding work, life-changing work. Our attic is close to the 4th circle of hell, and they navigated it, running a lifeline of energy to the other side of our house. They worked diligently, expertly, and brought our EV a line of succulent electricity on which it can be nourished every evening. Highly recommend them for all electrical work. read more

Had a good experience with Treehouse, and would recommend them for EV charger installs. The online experience was ok, there was a small (but ok) delay with getting started, the communication there was ok, but a lack of detail on what was happening. Where things really picked up is when David S was dispatched to come on-site for the work. David was a nice. He was helpful when I was asking his opinion on the placement of the charger. Where I wanted it was not the easiest spot to get to either, but he agreed it was best and didn't try to just go the easy route. Which I really apprecaited. The work he did both inside and out, was clean and pro work as well. You could tell he took care to do as little cutting as possible, I won't have to pay someone else to come in and clean up the work. Overall, good experience. read more

My technician David S. Was on time, knew what to do, got it done cleanly and completely while being friendly and not afraid of my questions. Scheduling took a little bit of time but it was worth it. I contracted with Treehouse to replace my 150 amp electrical service with on capable of supporting a GM bidirectional level2 EV charging system and install the charging system. I chose them because because they were recommended by GM. They performed the initial review of my electrical service and home via me providing videos of all the key locations and existing electrical system. From that they provided an estimate which I accepted. They were very nice and professional. They said one of their local contractors would do a site visit required to develop a master plan and get it approved by the local building inspector. That is where things went south. After six weeks no one showed up and the local company was not responding to me or Treehouse. They eventually found another contractor who was very nice and quickly performed the inspection. In the mean time out of frustration I got another local contractor to give an estimate. They did everything in two weeks Treehouse had not done in two months and their estimate was $3,500 less. Needless to say I canceled the contract with Treehouse and went with the other contractor. I am pretty frustrated waiting two months using level 1 charging to get the job started as well as giving up my $250 deposit with Treehouse. In fairness, the people at Treehouse were very gracious about it and apologized for the problems. My advice is get several estimates before doing an expensive job. Treehouse is an honest and reliable company but a lot of their work is done by contractors, who may or may not be. They also at least in my case were pretty expensive. read more

I recently bought an EV (my first!) and chose Treehouse to install a charger at my home. It took about two weeks for them to get permits and order and receive the charger but it was during the Christmas and New Year's holidays so I don't know if that length of time is normal or not, but as soon as they had everything in hand, they scheduled the install. The elctrician they sent to complete the install (Dave) was professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, when we opened the box with the charger, it appeared to have been used. There was dust on the hose and minor damage across the front. The serial number on the registration card did not match the serial number on the charger itself. Just to clarify, the charger did not come from Treehouse but directly from the supplier. Dave went ahead and installed the charger so I would have something to use while Treehouse ordered a new one. As soon as it arrives, they'll switch them out. They agreed to do this with no pushback whatsoever, and I greatly appreciate their profesionalism. I would definitely recommend Treehouse if you need a charger installed. read more
