We planted three street maples and four Japanese maples in our yard approximately 15 years ago and they have been lovingly taken care of by a terrific certified arborist (who unfortunately moved across the state). I needed a large group of broadleaf evergreen bushes / small trees pruned. 75' long and some up to 16' high. I wanted it done so that I could get some of my yard back and sunlight but while preserving their individual character and beauty. So I looked for ISA certified arborists to do the job. Craig did a fantastic job of inspecting the tree about which we were concerned! We had a potentially problematic tree that we were loathed to drop but would need to if it presented a more than normal risk. Craig performed a thorough inspection, explained to me what he was doing, and how to interpret what he was seeing as indicated in his inspection. We had a positive experience working with Tree 133. Our fir trees were in need of both trimming and safety pruning. We chose Tree 133 because we wanted to be assured that they would prune our trees yet not trim more than necessary. They seemed to really care about the health of the trees. Craig was very knowledgeable. He assessed the health of our large evergreens in the yard plus two large shade trees in the SDOT right-of-way and had many good suggestions about what he would, and more importantly, would not recommend doing. Professional tree work is not cheap, but the Tree133 quote came in less than half of other quotes I received.
