Lee Aubrey was hired to cut down an oak and trim back another oak in my yard on 6/30/20. His guys left 2 huge piles of debris and it is now 7/11/20. He has given us the run around. Promising to come, doesn't show up and ignores phone calls and texts. He just left my husband a text that he wouldn't come back until my neighbor, whom he had an issue with, took down his review on BBB. Now he won't answer my husband's call again. We received a quote of $500 to trim and clean out a tree. The crew showed up late, and cut only two limbs off. Not only did they not perform the job as quoted, they asked to use our ladder and ropes, and left they fast food cups laying in the yard. We also were told they damaged a neighbor's gate with their chipper truck. The only reason we hired a crew was I didn't want my 68 year old husband climbing in the tree, well since Tree Solutions Arbor Care didn't do their job, my husband ended up climbing the tree and finishing the job. Lee Aurbrey is charming but a cheater. He did not finish his work. He took down nine trees but didn't come back the next day to grind the stumps as he said he would. Does not answer his phone. He asked to be paid in full with a check written to him personally. It appears he never intended to come back. We trusted him and should have never paid him in full. read more

I can relate all too well to the previous review. Lee was very professional when coming out to give a quote. I told him I got a great quote from another company and he gave me a number that beat it and told me about how the company I was thinking about going with doesn't grind the stump and roots to ground level and they will do that for me (we have roots sticking high up out of the ground). He also promised that they would clean up and leave it looking like there was never even a tree there. Was also very eager to be paid once I hired them (before work was done, should have been a red flag) The guys came out and definitely worked fast, no complaints there. When they finished, no one came to tell me they finished, they just left. With a huge mess left AND they did not put my neighbors fence back up as they said they would. My husband called Lee to tell him to get his guys back out here and he said they couldn't come until FIRST THING tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning comes and nobody shows up until about 4pm. My husband has already put the fence back up himself by then. After weeks of no one coming to clean up, we decide to ourselves and the stump and all roots are sticking up about 6 inches out of the ground, not ground level like I was promised. Waste of my money. How disappointing! Lee has all the charm and finesse to suck you right in, and then take full advantage of the situation. Not only did his crew not complete the job promised, they broke a neighbor's gate pole upon departure, and when asked about it, he stated he would look into the situation and determine if his team was actually responsible. That was reasonable, but since that's last telephone contact with him, he has refused to return calls or e-mails, and now the number we have goes immediate,y to a busy signal repeatedly. We have tried to contact the young man who provided the estimates, (R.J.), and He too, has not returned repeated requests to call us back. Sadly, they also charged another neighbor for work promised on the same day they did our work, and took their money without completing that job. We had high hopes at the beginning, but in the end we were so disappointed with this company. Lee presented as a professional, knowledgeable tree guy, and although we had a big job for him, he assured us that he would complete it and clean it up all in one day. Well, here we are two and a half months later, and he still hasn't finished the clean up despite multiple promises to do so (before and after the work was done), and despite being paid in full. Also, he did not disclose to us that his crew is actually small in number, so he hired ten or more day laborers to do a lot of the work. It's unlikely that we would have used someone else for the job just because of this, but he really should have disclosed in advance that he was bringing a large number of men he didn't know to work on our property. Much to our surprise, the day laborers were the better workers assigned to our property. His actual crew don't get along (per Lee), and they spent the entire day bickering and cussing at one another. Furthermore, the guy Lee left "in charge" while he was absent (yes, he does not stay on site the whole time that the work is being done) was a total jerk. He yelled and cussed at my husband repeatedly, as well as everyone else working on the site the entire time. We thought long and hard about firing them right then and there, but when Lee finally showed up and assured us that he would handle the situation, we decided to let them finish with both of us staying in the house to avoid the unpleasant working environment. Finally, while Lee was absent, his crew cut several tree limbs off of an oak tree that was not one of the trees to be worked on per our agreement, and without our permission. On May 5, 2020 i paid Lee Willie Russell Aubrey of Tree Solutions Arbor Care dba A-AXPERT Tree Services $300 to grind a stump. The services were never performed and a refund has never been issued despite multiple assurances. My phone calls, letters, texts, and emails have been ignored. Lee Aubrey, owner of this company did not finish the job and blocked my phone when I attempted to follow up on a return date. He left large tree stumps in my front yard that are a terrible eyesore. He was to return the next day to grind the stumps. After researching him when I couldn't contact him and he blocked my number, I found out he has an F rating on BBB, his company is not registered on Sunbiz.org and had multiple complaints from customers. He changes the name of his company often for obvious reasons. I would not recommend using any company he is affiliated with. If Mr. Aubrey returns my call and will finish the job, I will be happy to edit this review. In the meantime, buyer beware. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Lee Aubrey is by far the most unprofessional person ever. My sister and brother-in-law used them to cut down a large tree and trim some other trees. His crew did a pretty good job. But, It has been two weeks and they still have not picked up the last of the debris from a very expensive job and they have received full payment. I am in total disbelief of how unprofessional the owner, Lee Aubrey is. He has had a myriad of excuses as to why he has not picked up the debris. But today the owner, Lee Aubrey texted my brother-in-law to let him know that he would not be picking up the debris until my sister got her neighbor to take down their negative review of the company. Really??? So you won't complete the job you were paid for because your guys had a misunderstanding with a neighbor and you expect my sister to force her neighbor to remove the review. Now we see why the neighbor put up the negative review, because you are unprofessional. DO NOT use this company. read more
